This game excels in sound design and animations. The attention to detail is out of this world, specially for a CoD game. It is so stupidly good. Best in the entire series and, overall, one of the best in the FPS genre in general. If only gameplay was even half as good though...
It’s...fine, it’s an ok attempt of returning to the basic formula without trying to scare away the new, but I wished that it would’ve been a little more.
The only thing I can think of that can make this a better game is possibly add more weapons and more attachments, and knife kill animations like Battlefield 4! Other than that, MW2019 is a masterpiece when it comes to its gun game. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Cold War. Definitely feels like a step backwards in my opinion

As a gun guy who had his fair share of shooting in real life with different guns, In my opinion, MW/Warzone has the best and most realistic and accurate gun animations and audio files. I love how they depicted the suppressor as an actual suppressor should sound like, not phew-phew-phew. And all those little details like smoke and gas. I was absolutely amazed when I first saw it.

When farah shot the 357 in the campaign, her keeping control of the gun is pretty accurate to how a 8 year old would shoot it in real life. Concidering that a 357 magnum bullet is a little smaller then a 50. Ae.
In retrospect, COD MW is one of, if not the greatest, Call of Duty titles to hit the shelves. The care and passion that went into making the animations and models are unmatched. Not to mention, IW has not screwed us over with supply drops or shitty micro transactions this time, unlike Treyarch who broke that promise in BO4. Honestly this is one of the COD titles I will probably keep playing if it hits the PS5. Thank you, IW ❤️

Man, the weapon firing and reloading sounds are absolutely spot on and satisfying. I also love the “muzzle flash” being just a bunch of smoke. Might be the best Call Of Duty game for me, and even out of all of FPS games, going against Battlefield 5. But we’ll see when Battlefield 6 and Modern Warfare 3 Remastered arrive.
Bo4 was actually a good breath of fresh air. if you ignore how Terribly balanced the perks were (Ghost perk is Really unforgiving) Lootboxes and the fact that every weapon is a hitmarker machine
In MW 2019 I really like the details of calibre conversion, the difference it makes on the recoil, sounds etc, although some have to be called a completely different gun name, not just conversion.
I came back to watch this after playing cold war to compare the animations and I can say with 100% confidence that MW beats BOCW's animations by a long shot. MW's animations felt way more realistic while CW's felt more simple and cartoonish like some of the older COD titles. Have to give major props to IW for nailing these animations.
Cold war was put together in 9 months due to a Heloise development cycle and pretty much is a resting of black ops 4 so I blame Activision for Cold wars lack luster EVERYTHING
Fun fact, if you hold down the trigger on the control long after you fired and let go, you can actually hear the trigger reset at the same time you let off on the trigger
You could tell which guns were added on after the game released because of how the guns animations and reloads sound(the renetti and spr 208 are prime examples)

Activision has stated that they currently do not intend to support titles with major content drops beyond their initial lifecycle year. Warzone is the only thing that will truly be supported for years. Cold War has been severely over hated, we’re there a few bad things? Sure. Did those make it one of the worst cod’s ever? I've realised something strange. On most of the weapons when you fire all of your ammo, except one that is in the gun, when you reload, you'll see that there're rounds in the magazine even though it's empty.
Exactly i tried to have a bullet in the chamber and i was expecting that the operator would throw the mag away,but there was still a bullet in the mag.
I come back to this video every now and then to appreciate how good of a game Modern Warfare is (minus warzone). Ever since this game was announced, this was the first game that I was excited about because of the gameplay and the details that are close to realistic. I still play this religiously after two years and still get the same excitement each time I play it.
One thing I can't unsee and unhear is that for the 725 you can hear the shells being ejected every time he fires. But it's supposed to be a break action... I did some investigating and slowed down the video only to see that a shell comes out of the gun when he fires.

You missed the SCAR with GL, it changes up the reloads due to how the GL wraps around the magwell.

@@fabers92 I mean that “Modern Warfare year 2” was not really a thing, we got 3 weapons sporadically added over several months, 3 maps and 1 new operator, less than 1 season worth of new content. Activision has stated that they currently do not intend to support titles with major content drops beyond their initial lifecycle year. Warzone is the only thing that will truly be supported for years. Cold War has been severely over hated, we’re there a few bad things? Sure. Did those make it one of the worst cod’s ever? Absolutely not.
Hope there's still a continuation of this game. I got it like two months ago and I'm having a lot of fun with it.
I've realised something strange. On most of the weapons when you fire all of your ammo, except one that is in the gun, when you reload, you'll see that there're rounds in the magazine even though it's empty.
Exactly i tried to have a bullet in the chamber and i was expecting that the operator would throw the mag away,but there was still a bullet in the mag.
It was a bug

I come back to this video every now and then to appreciate how good of a game Modern Warfare is (minus warzone). Ever since this game was announced, this was the first game that I was excited about because of the gameplay and the details that are close to realistic. I still play this religiously after two years and still get the same excitement each time I play it.

One thing I can't unsee and unhear is that for the 725 you can hear the shells being ejected every time he fires. But it's supposed to be a break action... I did some investigating and slowed down the video only to see that a shell comes out of the gun when he fires.
