Quill you defienetly want to swap worlds that give rare resources from miners to have miners, it's the primary way of getting them
You might even want to look into strip mining your mining focused planets. It's a planetary decision you can take that adds 10 more mining districts, but -50% hab. But if you turn your mining planets into gaias, the hab malus doesn't matter.
Can we build the Petra on Tharba and increase the productivity of those dessert tiles?
