Early in the week he did a massive segment on how you need top tier talent, top of the draft, top 5 type picks. Today he wont give up two first rounders for JHF. So if you are port, and you want to get a top 5 pick in, how do you do it? Weirdo.
Most of the media people change game to game depending how each team plays 🤣 it's hilarious... I actually love seeing how they cop it after making a big call that totally back fires
For sure he does, I didn't know Ben Brown was playing until late in the third quarter. Dees are over-rated, they've got more problems than the early settlers
Fritsch, Pickett, Ben Brown, Chandler then Petty/JVR and McAdam who hasn’t played yet. You’re kidding yourself if you think when they are mainly all playing they have “no forward line at all” that’s just delusional
Ben Brown is washed, Chandler is a couple of years away, same as JVR and Petty has had one good game as a forward and McAdam is unknown so yeah it’s definitely Melbournes weak point
@@ShoeSnatchinWillyCarlton didn’t have Harry Mackay and Jack Martin (who was Carlton’s best player in the final against Sydney) Also Zac Williams’s didn’t play the entire year…

Less than 24 hrs on and already tired of hearing how Dees had 3 games in 13 days and were fatigued etc. 2 of those games were in Adelaide and one in Melbourne. Lions played 3 games in 14 days. Only one extra day, except that the 3 games brisbane played were all in different states (Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne). Dees looking for excuses for a poor performance when their opposition were in pretty much the same boat, and the AFL media allowing and encouraging said excuse. Just admit the fact that the Dees underperformed. Don't whinge and look for an out.
Kingy is right clubs should not give up two first round picks for very few players . Adrian Doddorro made an enormous mistake going after Dylan Shiel he should have let him go to Carlton. He’s at the end of his deal and he has been a failure at the bombers
It Was only last Week Brisbane Couldn't Play Football Now they look Like Premiers Get it Right Guys Plus Don't Blame Oliver Blame the Coach for Playing an Injured Player
Kingy not giving up 2 First rounders for either Errol or JHF is one of the most ridiculous thing's ive ever heard. These are generational players. What is he talking about?!
Ok, u guys are wallys , ruckmen are over-rated, are u nuts? Swans couldn't pick the right ruckman to keep , salary cap issues with duddy, and let Nankervis go to the tigers, who proceeded to win 3 premierships in, was it 4 years. Dustin ate gourmet pizza because of Nankervis. He still hurts the swans every time they play against him. Ironic that Dodgey knee is now at tigers too.
Yes, the definition of thinking like a transient sheep - can't see the big picture, has favourites and untouchables (like Port and Hinkley and the Swans) and goes after his pet hates (like Carlton). Notice how Kane hasn't mentioned Hinkley? In his 12th year as senior coach of Port and hasn't made a single grand final. I dont think a senior coach has ever lasted that long without at least making a Grand Final. Hinkley's win/loss ratio is very good though during this period at about 60%.
Melbourne have been beaten on most stats for most of the last 3 games. Game against Port was lucky, Adelaide is just a side falling in a hole (who took it up to them), and this should have been the test - BNE and MEL have recent history, and Melbourne should have been out to destroy Brisbane's season - full credit to Brisbane for putting them to the sword, but this is a return to the Melbourne that underestimates big games....and gets away with some wins in between that mask some of their issues.
Honestly I suspect both of the teams are gonna miss finals because As I've been saying for years Melbourne arent a good team, they have some good players sure but they all clearly fucking despise each other
Calm down. Melbourne have played 3 games in 13 days. Game against Port was not lucky. They were hyper efficient with their forward entries, whereas Port weren't. Credit where it's due.
Perfectly calm. Hyper-efficient vs Lucky.....Would this hyper-efficiency have been just as effective if Port had been more efficient? They got away with one (and yes, I know, they've often been on the other end of them). I've given credit where it's due, and while I might walk back a tiny part of the "typical Melbourne" bit, you might want to have a look at the stats - comprehensively toward Port, more even but still leaning toward 2nd class Adelaide.... Brisbane played the same number of games in 1 more day (and arguably a more intense travel schedule - Perth to Brisbane to Melbourne vs Adelaide to Melbourne) so the 3 games in 13 days doesn't justify much either.....
"Sperging" - classy. I think OP asking question is deliberate hypothetical rather than being a point. but there right - Melbourne's stats for the last 3 rounds are sh!t.
The reason Melbourne cant beat Brisbane is Dees get bumped off tge ball because theyre all smaller than the brisbane players. Do some upper body weights before you play Brisbane
As a pies supporter I knew without a doubt that the lions would beat the dees. Honestly there was so much Melbourne bootlicking from these media knob heads it really got on my nerves.
