You are blessed that aloe vera grows easily in your backyard there . We have to buy some aloe vera skin care product in the shop, while you can easily just pick one there and use it anytime ! :)

Motya is such a good boy - he takes care of his younger brothers, of his Mama, while also being very much "in the moment" and adventurous, so curious about the geckos and hermit crabs. (Those are huge lizards! We are used only to the smaller brown ones in the walls and ceilings and they sometimes leave tiny eggs in holes in concrete. They feel cold when you hold them!)
Your family is perhaps the nicest and most natural on YT. I don't watch anyone else's videos here with as much anticipation, delight and excitement! Look forward to every upload!

Sister Liza, tell Andrei to go to the pharmacy and buy something to “neutralize” bowel movements. There should be something there. Also, buy some sun block so you don’t get sunburn. Go swim early or late afternoon to lessen sunburn.Your husband opinion about Philippines and Filipinos is great!! Filipinos are really different from other countries. We picked up the good attitudes of other nations that came long time ago. In being safe, sure you are all safe if you show you are good people and as friendly as filipinos. I’m always amazed about difference between Russians and Filipinos in terms of the culture of smiling. I always hear this that in Russia they don’t smile a lot. Us Filipinos are the complete opposite. I see them adapting to it and it’s so nice. 😊

Mama Olga is such a gentle soul and she sincerely love the Philippines, may she always stay healthy and happy [perfect SBP 113, the diastolic is not bad 86 mmhg but hopefully should go down a bit in the 60s-70s, I hope she will not stop her meds/blood pressure medication-usually we only withhold it if SBP is 110 and or below that,,,and if HR/heart rate is below certain rate per MDs advise],.
Everyone looks healthy, glowing and in good spirits in this video, it's really a dream come true for the entire family to live in a tropical paradise.Enjoy and have fun under the sun and the blue-crystal clear sea. I was off for 2 days resting, watching and sipping my fave hot tea [osmanthus flower/black tea...Jasmine/green tea...I haven't tried the gardenia flower/white tea yet]. I also ordered grilled panga-tuna after watching your videos, I doused my grilled tuna with Szechuan chili pepper oil, soy sauce, vinegar and lemon and ate eat with steamed Basmati rice. I only have mandarin oranges and ginger apple as himagas.

Aloe vera its very good for your face and body I use it for everything ❤. You'll find more natural remedies there like miranga leaves very very healthy ,you can put it in all soups and other dishes .
Good day Russian family. If i may share something, maybe the upset stomach of some of the family members could be on the fruits you ate. It would help to note that there are fruits best eaten in the morning( even with empty stomach) afternoon and evening. There are fruits not good in the morning specially if had not yet taken breakfast meal, because some fruits may contain high acidity level that may upset the stomach. And also fruit combination eaten together, some fruits are compatible with others and some are not.. You may google which fruit are best to consume in the morning, afternoon for lunch or snack, and in the evening., and best fruit combination.
