Киьайцы умеют делать хорошие девайсы с регулировкой выходного напряжения от 1 до 24 вольта! Пайка качественная, охлаждение, доступ к аккумам... все на высоте и дешевле. А у вас много текста и что он умеет, и чем он лучше китайцев, я тпк и не услышал.
