Um no. There were two captains and neither one were T Bag. One was Michael (of course). He did mastermind two prison breaks and Paul Kellerman. Without Kellerman's testimony, neither Scofield or Burrows would have been exonerated. Kellerman was a general pain in the ass for the secret service and the company.

It always amazed me how directors,show runners cannot see who the draw for show are.They really did him dirty in season 5 , very limited role which i disliked. Almost 90 % of the cast not in 5 season made no sense.Very disappointed season 5 at least could have had him playing/teasing sara. Just a horrible script for season 5

I wonder if the actions in the past is redeemable. T-Bag really does seem like he was wanting to become a better man while in a relationship with her. I'm really back and forth on this because he is still human and his actions against the 6 children were caused by the trauma in his childhood. I think people like this should be put down just to save them the misery of living the rest of their life
I believe that he would have killed Susan in the end anyway. Hypothetical scenario; Susan and T-Bag start arguing. Susan says something in the heat of the moment that she shouldn't have said. T-Bag gets pissed and stabs Susan to death.
He was a truly reprehensible character at the beginning who was written in as an antagonist everyone was supposed to hate. But the actor was so charismatic that fans loved him and cheered for him and wanted to see more of him anyway.
This left the writers in a tough spot and it caused the writers to have to either
A. Keep his character as it always was and have fans of the show rooting for a Pdough file murderer
Or
B. "Upgrade him" to just your average friendly run of the mill murderer lol

All he wanted was the family he never had and the love he never had. Yes he did horrible things but its just how he was raised. Susan and her family gave him hope and maybe he could change if given the chance.
This is why he is my favorite character on Prison Break.❤️

This guy needs to play David in The Last Of Us HBO series he would definitely nail the role as David. Because the character he plays in Prison Break is very similar to David:
When we first meet T-Bag and David they both appear as superficially charming and charismatic.
But then later we finally learn about them for they truly are in the end they show their true colours.
T-Bag shows his true colours to Susan.
David shows his true colours to Ellie.
Both are Sick twisted fucking bastards.
One is a Murdering, Sociopathic, Rapist.
One is a Murdering, Psychopathic, Cannibal.
Both David and T-Bag are very similar to each other and I definitely think Robert Knepper is a perfect choice for David, He looks like David, he sounds like David, he has played a character that is quite similar to David. He has the looks, the voice, the charm, and the sadism for David. So HBO should definitely cast Robert Knepper to play David in the Last Of Us tv series.

I think the idea of T bags character is to present the worst being you can ever imagine and then go depth as to why he does all these things. However someone like that would never have been that lucky, as someone as smart and strong as T bag is, no one would last a day in a cell without guards protecting him. Also at the beginning of the show its said that he killed several kids in Alabama so depending on if he would have been brought back there or not, he would have been executed there. Alabama has THE highest execution rates in America.
ok, but between t bagwell and abruzzi, he preferred that abruzzi survive, it didn’t hurt so much, nor did it hurt children and he had family, god gave Abruzzi a second chance to survive and escape and didn’t take advantage.
