I've been flying between Australia and Dubai a fair bit this year, and had the opportunity to try both economy and business on both their 777's and 380's, and all I can say is I'm going back to flying with Singapore ASAP, as I'm happy to wear the 2 stage flight through Singapore for the better plane and service. It doeskin matter what class you're flying, Emirates offering is not a scratch on the likes of Singapore Airlines which wins the contest hands down for everything from seating room to service quality. My last flight saw me lucky enough to score business class in the A380 from Sydney to Dubai, and I got "that crew" that treated every request like I was asking for heir first born child, and just wanted everyone to sleep the whole leg so they could hang out at the bar and socialize with each other. There's a good reason Singapore Airlines is still number one and Emirates are now nowhere near the pointy end of that list.
I was on this flight from Dubai to geneva. Honestly I like the new cabin but still prefer the one older than this with large black or white screens matching the seats. The recline on these new seats are slightly better though
I have travelled Emirates economy new configuration 777 300ER and continue to fly emirates as i find they are very comfortable and the team on board are always kind and helpful i rate emirates as a top class in any class . flying again 8th December to Stansted London with my family and again in February.x
We had terrible experience with Emirates airline. Their staff harassed and bullied woman who was travelling with 3 children including 5 years old. We are in touch with them but their first reply shows they are inhuman. We replied them back and awaiting response. We will not rest until we get justice so that this should NEVER happen to any other woman or children
Sometimes, Unexpected circumstances such as rude or unruly staff do happen at any airlines and any time. What you can do is to report the problem to the airline and your local police.

You can go with Qatar Airways for that. Emirates feel like plastic, they just advertise crazy good. Service is nothing as good as Qatar’s though. For real.
I THINK the steward and stewardesses have outstanding uniforms. Astounded while in Ireland to see a Dubai plane and all uniforms were quality cloth for uniform and beret with the head scarves exactly arranged. I really did not see the quality although the colors were the same with differing headwear color.??
The brand new first class cabin is really fantastic! However, even though the new business class cabin is an improvement over the old one, the persisting lack of direct aisle access for all passengers is still there and it's just unacceptable.
I am really excited to fly in this new economy cabin but there is one thing that I always loved in economy that has been removed and disappointed me: Where did the IFE remote go?
Very pleased to hear that Emirates are now flying from London Stansted on 8th June 2018. I’m booked in already to Nairobi on the 8th June. Good luck Emirates with your new service. People North of London/Cambridge have screaming out for a long haul service from Stansted for years so I’m sure it’ll do well. I’m a new customer for Emirates for that very reason.
Emirates stuck an extra row of seats in their economy class, taking their seating configuration to 3-4-3. In Asian carriers like Singapore and Korean and Thai, the seating configuration is still 3-3-3.
My suggestion is that the commercial plane have back side opening roofs should be install because in a condition of plane crash commercial plane have parachute and everybody can save
