Hope you don't mind me asking does the roof have any slope or is it not necessary with EPDM and I assume it's 2x4 studwork but what size rafters do you use for a span that size?

While you do not need to put a slope for an EPDM roof, it does then puddle, so we choose to run a very small full to the rear, and manage the water with a gutter. Rafters and studs vary depending on requirements and calculations. 👍
In our area, max build size is allowed is 10sq.m. (so, barely more than 3x3 max). After that, regulations, permits, etc. No chance of doing anything cool like this under the radar. :(

What's the details of the cement walls? is that because it's a boundry
How much roughly did this one cost to build? As it's something I'm interested to get done in the future and would give me a tough idea of how much money I will need thanks.

beefy dog hello, both can work, however if your have the space for both then we can work with an internal layout plan with the equipment you wish to include and come up with the perfect solution.
What's the cost to build?
Nyce Nj Hi. most of our rooms cost between £25&£60k . This is dependent on size and specification and is based on our complete package service, including base, electric, internet etc. This particular project would be between £48k & £55k as a complete project based on current material costs
