Reyna and her little sister (Lucia) both have heart cancer, Viper took her in to try to keep her alive, while I think Viper has a bad feeling because she couldn’t save omen and also being mad at sage for not being able to save omen. And I think sage couldn’t save her little sister (Lucia) if she does cause it is natural causes.
