BANG! there goes my heart. possibly one of the most beautiful films i've ever seen and this video does it justice very well!! beautifully done! and i agree with you on the minimalist thing, i liked that you didn't use special effects.
I'm French and my english is really bad so I don't understand the lyrics and I don't really understand what they say in the movie but the way they play their role (especially Benedict) is stunning and I can deeply feel that pain in my heart. It's a beautiful story about friendship, love and life and you have made a amazing video about that and I cry ... Thank you.. You have made my day

Thanks for this video. I've seen many others about this wonderful film and find them too melodramatic with their sad music. Love the fine line between music and film, just the right amount of tears :)

The song is originally like 4 but I had to extend it to put in all the great scenes and scenery that COULD NOT be cut (no fast editing for this movie) XD So glad you gave it a watch!
i just watched this movie here on youtube, and it was really really moving .... the only thing i m confused about is: did davy leave his job to take care of james or was he fired. because while searching on the net, i stumbled upon this script which reveals at some point at the bay that he left his job on purpose and even miles appreciates it but i can't find that scene in the movie :( i wish they had incorporated it, it would have given davy's character a whole new dimension.

Just watched the movie and sobbed like a child.....but I think that was kind of the point.
