I'm not good but I play these. Exactly the same types of scores with these as with game improvement irons. And I like the feel more so why not? Not playing for a living.

Me too got the 2020 version of the p7mb 3-pw in mint condition for £499.00 compared to my callaway rogue st pro irons other than distance head size very similar. Love them both.

I love the look of these. I'm currently playing some old blades. I have no business playing these clubs, my miss hits hurt my bones on a cold day. But... when you actually flush one...good heavens.

Yes! Well done. Sophie always does a great job on her first impressions and reviews of these irons. She has a fantastic swing technique and she really kniws her stuff. Its a very interesting iron that mb. would love to purchase it for bragging rights but, yeah like most people my ball striking skills are not up to it. Overlooked iron not many people buy it

Didn't Colin change his short irons to the P7MC's for the Open to get more spin and distance control. Either way beautiful irons, I played the 2012 MB's with the weight screw in the head loved them. Not playing as much now so I've Callaway Apex Pros for more help.

I think the perfect golf bag for a low amateur is Qi10 ls driver and faiway tour wood, 3 to 6 iron P. 7mc and 7 to pw in the P. 7mb and rounded out by the hi toe 3 wedges 50 degree 54 degree and then the magnificent 60 degree tour spec hi toe 3 with 8 degree bounce. Putter Wilson staff model 8802 milled blade putter which Sophie has reviewed. You'll be hard pressed to find better equipment on the plain. Impressive stuff for the exclusive elite of the game.

Great review…Not sure if I’m unique in this…I have lots of trouble hitting my mid irons but feel very comfortable in the 8-PW and prefer blade like irons (probably because I grew up playing on pitch and putt courses where all you needed was your 7-PW back then before lofts got stronger)…but, I’m older now, had both hips replaced and would like more help in the mid-irons…I bought a seat of P790s, but in the 8-PW I need a smaller head, so looking at these two…I would probably wind up overlapping instead of bending them…e.g., carry 5-7 P790 and then 7-PW in the MC or MB…My current gamers are MP 221s from Mizuno and I LOVE my 8-PW, but big drop off after that in terms of consistency…so, may add the 223s or 225s to that set if i don’t do it with the 790s…so much fun experimenting.

I like pretty golf clubs, but I love effective golf clubs! I swing 25 year old Cleveland's and maintain a 6 handicap. I played with a beautiful set of Mizunos for half of this season, hoping to improve my game, but didn't. I thought it was me, an average player with an okay swing. I went back to the Cleveland clubs out of frustration and found golf nirvana once again! Does anyone out there want a nice set of 921 forged Mizunos?

Nearly everybody should he staying clear of these at all costs, regardless of whether they like shaping shots.
    P. S Should I rewatch the video again or did I hear you right with the above statements??
Regardless, I still love the channel and yourself and didn't mean to come across as abrubt. Can't convey the sentiment correctly when typing. 😘

You do a fantastic job as a reviewer, but you consistently overstate the difference in forgiveness of blades and cavities. Your own reviews prove that its overstated. I play the MP 221s and they are as forgiving as any club I've ever played. I played the P7mbs for 4 rounds in Florida with Bermuda, and I live in the Northeast, and they are no different, you have to have a really awful shot to get really poor results.
