Gyokuro green tea, 50°C / 122°f, 2 minutes soak
Waiter is usually a coffee drinker and has no clue about any tea.
The waiter will pop the Gyokuro in boiling water, and then proceeds to make 3 coffees, cuts some cake, sweeps the kitchen, phones a friend and finally when the tea arives at my table, the potentially lovely tea has turned into a bio hazard.
