    Thanks for your effort!
I was just searching for example of using RPM after watching a Tony Robbins film. And this is the best one I've seen so far.
Also, thanks for speaking clearly. I am not a native speaker and I can understand every sentence you said!

I'm going through RPM for about the fourth time now and I've been trying to find an app to do RPM 100% with. Maybe Evernote is that app. I have a few mechanical questions though for how you implement it:
    - Do you only plan your days within Evernote? I'd love to see another video for people who understand RPM and want to see a complete implementation from a mechanical standpoint (apps, workflow, etc) that covers the whole RPM method (Vision, Purpose, Roles, everything)
    - How do you keep this updated with your calendar? Do you schedule calendar events separately? Or do you somehow organize calendar events from within Evernote?
    - How do you organize projects? I was thinking of using note links within Evernote to link "Key Outcomes" in Projects down to the Day RPM level. How do you keep things linked together so you can keep Key Action Items and all this together?
    - Is Evernote the best app you've tried for RPM? Have you tried others? What are the benefits and drawbacks? Have you tried Trello or any todo apps and tried to make RPM work within them?

This is MASSIVE! I always felt like I lost my purpose by just following a To Do list, but this synced up with a to do list will make sure that everything follows my purpose.

Heard of RPM for years and now I finally understand it. Very happy that I ran into this video. It easily explained the whole RPM concept and using Evernote made it even clearer. Definite paradigm shift for me. Can't wait to start applying RPM using Evernote, I can easily merge this with my system.

Hey stephen thanks for sharing all your day-to day stuff. A lot of the online guys don't share all this stuff. It's nice to know what someone who actually is successful actually does stuff in day to day and with this much detail.
Applying this stuff is so key. There's so much stuff out there on what to do but not with detail on exactly how it's done in this much detail. THHANKS!!!!

Stefan, great video. I have used RPM in the past & present. I am not consistent with it but when I am it definitely moves me to attain my goals/outcomes. My problem is consistency & discipline. I'll check out the ever-note...but I think I like to write it out. BTW, love your site. You are very generous with your content and sharing. Outstanding example of applying what works and all that you've learned!

+Tara Menard Thanks Tara. Check out the vlog I did on how to be consistent. Often times lack of consistency comes down to an inner conflict in beliefs, if you can dissect what beliefs are stopping you and then create new empowering beliefs to support your habits, you'll be unstoppable! God bless!

I like your integration, and using a separate note for Daily RPMs, is there a certain structure you breakdown as far as organizing the Notebooks like a diff Notebook for Driving Force, Personal Categories, Prof Categories, Enterprise etc. That's the way I had it at first, but your daily format is awesome! Thanks!

  • @snowcloudmxpuntodeventaenl30

Great video, I installed the app. One question, do you create separate notebooks for each area of your life, or is the RPM plan shown in this video always done with a note made in the same notebook?

One of your best videos in my opinion.
I used to do "Getting Things Done" method by David Allen but I couldn't stick with it for too long, now I see that it was indeed a "to-do" list without emotions and purpose behind it.
I was wondering how do you handle with "pop-up tasks". When you suddenly remember that you had to do something. Do you edit your "Today" note or anything like that?

    • @ProjectLifeMastery
      @ProjectLifeMastery  8 лет назад

+Snir Alayof Thanks Snir. I add anything that comes up to the specific category/outcome/action plan. If it's urgent and important, I'll handle it immediately - if not, I add it to the list and get to it when it's appropriate.
