Thanks for another enjoyable highlights package. I thought both sides were excellent in the field with some great catching. Best wishes to Adam for a speedy recovery, hopefully he'll be back before the end of the season.
15:13 that really is class from the keeper, seemed one of the only few decent people from their side, stupid constant appealling and comments about the camera
Ahhh I’m happy behind the camera. Too much risk to the body and as you saw, I have very little self control. The 3 days to be able to move again properly gets a bit much too especially with the kids not giving me any time off! It was a good win. Long may this run continue
I couldn’t let them go out with 9/10 men (Wadders had a migraine and couldn’t see over teas) someone had to step up. Yeah Ads did great for us. Thanks for your support as always
I thought you made the difference in the field - those trainers kept the batsman distracted when they should have been watching the ball :) Great result despite the injuries!
Great sportsmanship from the opposition to allow a sub fielder in a tight game. Out of curiosity are you not an ex player of Horley? I did always wonder why you never played as you sound young/keen enough to play!
We had Wadders laying in the changing room under a towel as he had a migraine and Adam couldn’t walk… almost inhumane to not allow a sub fielder lol but yea it was good sportsmanship. Charlie did say I won’t be able to do much to their captain through having had a major injury for the last 5 years and only 2 months ago having yet more surgery to try and “fix” me. Yeah I was a Horley player. 2019 was my last season. Played 2s/1s, scored 800 runs in the season (400 in league across 14 innings including 2 centuries) & took 29 victims in the field
@@HorleyCricketClubTV migraines are bad, I struggle with them during cricket season mainly through dehydration. Tell Wadders to keep extra hydrated on cricket days! Sounds like you were a very capable player, hopefully you can get back out there more often in the future! Good luck for the rest of the season.
Dehydration is not good. I did tell him to drink as much as he can get in him asap. He did field and seemed better towards the end of the day. I don’t think I’ve ever known him get one at cricket before. Meh, I was ok. Had a brilliant year but had been building year on year up to that point. I do miss playing a huge amount but the risk to my body is very high and I have this content to keep producing so it works nicely. I will be trying to play more frequently just not on a Saturday as I’m generally filming the 1s. Thanks very much
Nice catch Andy surprised no one bought out the "rolling back the years" comments!!!! What a screamer by the oppo at about 14.35.nothing like doing tgat and acting like its regulation.
What do I not want to face when seeing that wicket? Any bowler with a high action. So many people getting out while trying to smash six layers off the ball. Placement and timing are much more effective. Also better at keeping your wicket intact.

It was really good. There’s some which you didn’t hear too after I’d cut the recording… class act and an absolute breath of fresh air!
@@HorleyCricketClubTV Was very very good with the gloves too, massive respect to the bloke
There was only 1 bowler he wasn’t up at the stumps for! Very impressive
Adam should have come straight off. Don't give the result away in the blurb super sub! A great win guys.

never too late for a comeback

Great catch.
I'm not convinced about Ben Renfrey's dismissal!
Tell me about it
Was never out
You can see the left side of the stumps break as the ball hits it, watched it a couple of times but defs hit

Cobham were very sharp in the field but surprisingly, very poor with the bat.

No spoilers in title!

Moral of the story...always have spare kit, including boots, in the car😘
Where’s David dyer this year
Why didn’t the batsman have a runner after injuring his hamstring?
Some absolute seeds from Irfan to get wickets😂
😂😂😂 some almost unplayable
A good day to be an infielder.
