- I put two videos together. First one was a quick session right before tog season just scouting an area. This day produced jumbo size porgies, my personal best porgy at 17 1/2 inches and plenty of short tog. Second one was our first outing of tog season, solid action with shorts and our first two keepers of 2022.

Let’s go! Way to get on the fish! That porgy was massive!
Thank you bro! I got lucky with the jumbo porgy this year.
Great job out there, lots of action. The bigger fish will move in soon! That fish you landed @19:45 looked like an oyster toad fish. Plenty ugly but I heard they taste pretty good. Looking forward to your next video!
Thank you! And I Can’t wait for the big ones to move in. Water temp was at 56 degrees today. I caught a giant oyster toad fish today, I should’ve kept it. Next time, I’ll keep it and might do a catch and cook.

Gracias! Igualmente!
wow, nice. Can you guide me which kayak u r using? I am 180 lbs. is it easy to ride the kayak ? also which fish finder are you using ? nice footage tho
Hello and thank you! I think the kayak I’m using (Hobie outback) would be great for you. That kayak it’s about 12.9 feet long and 34inch wide and has a capacity of 425 lbs. if you want more room go with the Hobie Pro Angler 14 foot. I’m running a garmin striker 4 fish finder which is great to start with, but I’m planning to upgrade. Good luck man!
nice bro
Thank you bro!

Thank you bro!
Very nice. How many can you keep there? Tautog
What kind of bait you use?
Asian crabs. Get them under the rocks during low tides.
