Roni seems to have changed his behaviour a bit as he's not as close to Lena but the herd certainly seem more chilled than usual. It's good that they aren't too stressed by Joka leaving. Nice to watch Annie and Mocha getting on so well. Hope Joka is happy at her new home

I think Mocha has been the beneficiary of Yoka's conversation skills, overall wisdom, and confidence, but I also think she depended on Yoka a little too much. I was always surprised how Yoka tolerated Mocha's shenanigans and always defended her from day one of being introduced to the herd. It reminded me of my neighbor's herd of horses when i was a teenager, some 30 years ago. The alpha horse was this amazing mare, very sweet and calm around people but would push any herd member around at anytime, she was definitely the boss. And when she foaled, her filly instantly inherited a high position in the herd. A couple years later he sold a few horses, and a friend of the family bought that mare for his teenage daughter who started cross country and show jumping with her (she got a good home). But that little filly went to top in the hierarchy within a couple years. She was also a very sweet, good minded horse who loved being with people. I always thought it was so interesting how she inherited that position from her mom, and I think Yoka really acted the same way with Mocha. 🧐 very interesting Sherlock

Correct me if I’m reading too much into it, he seems to have an instinct who needs some attention. Both Mocha and Mr. Wilde were friends with Joka. Mr. Wilde is hilarious with his tongue.
