To me Tobby has two of the most iconic villains from the Spider-Man universe, Mr. Alfred Molina and Mr. Willem Dafoe are both just perfect for those roles, their professionalism and acting are just spot on.
P.s Both are just soo iconic that Marvel had to put them in the firstbNo Way Home trailer to break the internet, otherwise it wouldn’t have been that much of a success.

@@rey_ispogit is the best villains it never said anything about who has the best original villains so technically fan service still counts which means he has all the OG villains plus Thanos that he did fight against and many other villains like the vulture and in the future he will have the Scorpion and maybe the Kingpin in he's fourth movies. You can even count Tom Hardy's Venom since he did want to fight Spider-Man although he hasn't gotten a battle with him or showed up in a movie to do very much as a villain so I don't really count Venom.
