We eat Salmon Patties quite often. They are so good for you. However, I never thought about using cornmeal in them. Thanks for that info.
I also use frozen peppers and onions in my salmon patties, but I put them in the microwave for a couple of minutes so they won't stick together. I'm looking forward to making your recipe😋
I have never tried canned salmon. Bless your heart cooking on electric cooktop. I had electric eyes for a few years and glad my home has natural gas. Grew up with it and really love the even cooking.

I make Salmon Salad, just like Tuna Salad my Mom made, and now I make it.
I make Salmon Patties, but I haven’t made Tuna Patties.
Glad the weather is moving on.
Haven’t made salmon salad. But I will try it. Weather is ok now but still no power internet or water. So we are staying with friends for the time being. We also lost cell service as of this morning. But hopefully we will all be back on track soon. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers!!!
