I have two questions about the "fences" that are found in Switzerland... 1. Why don't the animals that are penned in just walk through and escape, and 2. Why are there no proper fences in Switzerland? It always seems like it's these sticks with wire or something between the sticks. Is there a law that prevents people from using actual fences? This isn't a criticism, just an honest question.
