Cejilla 4th fret
Techniques needed: Pulgar thumb, hammer ons, pull offs, thumb-index alternations
What you will learn: Feeling the 12 beat compas of Solea,
Difficult sections: watch out for the slide near the end of the piece. A lot of my private students have trouble there. Isolate the slide on its own to practice accuracy!

Wow, i just learned this piece a week ago,, btw, why didn't you use picado on the falseta after intro?

Personal preference honestly. To me, the thumb is stronger and more consistent in tone. And because this isn’t a fast piece, picado isn’t necessarily better. I recommend trying both to work on your technique!
