I think that it was weird to cast Alfred Molina as Poirot, but otherwise, I enjoyed this movie. I think the producers pulled off a 21st century setting for this story really well.
@@meninpapin Poirot is a French-speaking Belgian, he's not French. It's not about Molina's accent, it's because Poirot is supposed to be shorter and kinda plump, according to the way Agatha Christie described him. (Never read any of her books, but I have read a description of Poirot.) I just feel that Molina doesn't really fit the role of Poirot, in my opinion.
@@meninpapin But at least Molina's Poirot is way better than Branagh's one. Branagh turned Poirot into an action hero and his ridiculously large mustache-ugh! (Never seen the 2017 remake, I have no interest in seeing it. The 1974 movie is the best version of the story, there was absolutely no point in remaking it. The 1974 movie is perfect the way it is.)
@@mabel8880 I get your point but do you think he would've been more suitable as the detective in Knives out instead of Daniel Craig. Craig was good nevertheless.
@@mabel8880 Here I beg to differ. Kenneth was brilliant & the best of them all & if you haven't watched Death on the Nile yet you'll see why he wears that big moustache from the opening sequence.
I do love David Suchet the best . Also , Let's not forget Albert Finney ,who performed and won his Oscar for best actor ... back at the 1970's . However , this modern version truly SUCKS badly 😢 😕 😞 .
I love Molina! He is very interesting to watch. Love that he’s in the film! I love all his films!
ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL!
LOVE AGATHA CHRISTIE AND EDWARD MOLINA WHO WAS A RATHER DASHING POIROT.
THANK YOU.

I don't think it was weird. He's accent fluctuates as if he forgets he's character is French

Dommage trop mauvaise qualité !
Thank you!
Great film
No match for Davi Suchet version.
Lmao it’s so poorly acted, the pace is all over the place. And I love Alfred Molina, but only one man can play Poirot and that’s David Suchet.
And... Peter Ustinov
My favourite @@sithwinch.

EBB FLOW🍃
Was extremely blurry ... couldn't watch.
Naaa… it doesn’t work for me
David suchet
Good movie and great actors. Poor quality. What a shame!
Fuzzy picture or not , this film is an absolute joke . David Suchet is still the best Hercules Peroit .
I loathe Albert Molina, the fat that they replaced him with Skeet Ulrich is appalling.
Awful movie!
Thank you !
