Great, now it's time to put they in my steampunk glasses
I made two of these and I put them in my steampunk goggles and I have it set on a system so it'll open at certain hours to cut out certain sunlight or light

I downloaded this from the design Store, Excellent video by the way, no irritating long nails, wasted time or voice! My plan was to use this as part of an interactive album but where would I put the pictures please? Is my idea feasible?

When I downloaded the SVG file - it came up a lot smaller then it does on your video. If I drag and size up proportionally on all the pieces in your file - will the pieces all still fit together correctly? I wanted a 1-1.25” center opening.

Can you please show how to make it in big size with more blades
You need to resize the cut file in a program you use. You can try to make more blades by yourself, but I don’t know if it will work properly.
I think you should calculate the ratio(?) between the blade and the circle.
What type of glue are you using please
I use waterproof PVA glue which I buy in construction supermarket
My friend purchased this pattern and now can't open as it won't open in adobe acrobat how can she open her purchase
Linda Aschenbach Adobe acrobat reads PDF, this cut file is in SVG and Silhouette Studio and was designed to be cut on cutting machines such as Silhouette, Cricut and others.

I tried this but couldn’t get it to open or close. So disappointed.

I was wondering if you want to make it bigger do you need more sausage shapes etc?
You just need to scale all the parts to make it bigger. But if you need not 5 petals but 6 (if that what you mean) I think you can try to add one more hole on each part.

The original size is 10x10 cm, but you can easily resize the cut file to make the iris shutter smaller or bigger.
