Just a theory, 1) no reason to wear out their arms before a show even at the end of the season when they’re at peak strength 2) forcing them to reset the embouchure after each entrance to work on immediate center of pitch 3) could be traditional
Probably, crown sounds better than cavaliers, but cavaliers is cavaliers. Blue devils, Santa Clara vanguard, Cadets and cavaliers have my respect. All of them are the best in DCI history. Cavaliers is unique.
@@hardimonaddictyt9976 I mean, that’s not the point I was trying to make. Any one can play F G A Bb to tune their instrument, Crown did not come up with this concept
THAT LOW BRASS AT 2:47 MADE ME CACKLE
F***ing Beautiful
Bro the mello run right after the hit just makes me feel some typa way……
DAMN
I cannot decide between the cavaliers, the cadets, or the crossmen. I may not ever pick a favorite tbh.
2:33 holly shit i see god for a moment
Why do they go all the way down every time?

To relax so we can focus on sending the sound straight out with zero tension
🆒

So, who copied who...Cavaliers copy the Crown or vise versa?
You do realize tuning sequences have been around for a while right
It's not necessarily 'copied', it's hard to make original tuning sequences as they all are meant to be very basic.

@@Ryan-dz7mg I don’t think he was replying to you
Crown does it much better. Sorry Cavies.
it would certainly help if it wasn't recorded with a cell phone or in a echoey auditorium , but crown does deserve best brass
@@samwilliams874 Can't argue that particular point. I'm sure it sounds 50x better outside. But I stick to my original comment.
@@michaelmeyer2725 i agree that crown has a better tuning sequence. i dont agree with unsportsmanlike conduct in the activity
Why are you comparing crown and cavies... it's not like crown invented the tuning sequence
@@echo2121 Because it's drum corps and I can.
