@@reneevankammen623 It is complicated, because people don't agree on their versions of simple procedures in a relationship (ie. just telling your partner your honest feelings and communicating boundaries. Someone else's simple is just ignoring everything and pretending it's all okay), and people deal with their feelings differently. I do agree that people make some things way more complicated than they have to be, but then i'd basically just be saying "just have a healthy relationship". Intrusive thoughts are called *intrusive* for a reason. It's not as simple as just not listening to them. If it were that easy, mental disorders would get waaaay easier to deal with.
