I'm 7 weeks sober because I found out I'm pregnant! It's so nice staying in, having an excuse not to go out but it is hard when friends come over and I'd love to take a few shots and chill. But I feel healthier and have more energy (which is still crazy and should show you how much alcohol really harms our bodies haha), sleep less and work harder 😁😘

I recently got sober and will be 60 days on the 14th of this month. I’m so glad you’re doing the 75 hard Tana. Because you are 1000% correct, you don’t feel sluggish anymore and that’s the best part. Also happier I feel less anxiety ridden and overall healthier mentally and physically.

Hey Tana, I used to watch you when I was in middle/high school and just now coming back to your channel. You have grown to be such an amazing woman, love that you’re always being yourself no matter what and keeping it real. I completely relate to how the things I want to do have changed with me changing my life - recently hit 4 years sober from opiates back in Nov. which I got into only because I was in a very fucked up relationship and the pos beat me until he got me to do it, kept happening until I was hooked. So scary, but thankful to be in recovery and sober and to have a good husband now. I just have to be careful who I associate with and had to leave some friends behind who are still using.
After not smoking for over 3 years, a few months ago I was able to start smoking again so I’m thankful to have my medicine back haha. By the way, as someone in recovery, a lot of my friends who are also sober use weed and weed only. I wouldn’t worry about it unless you find yourself starting to do dumb shit. ❤
