i used this keyboard for a year, to any potential buyers it's good to know that the stabilizers gradually make the keys heavier as they wear out making it harder to play mania as time passes this becomes apparent within a month of use
Wish I would've known that before asking for one for Christmas. :v Either way it's a definite upgrade from my membrane keyboard so I'll still be happy to get it. How often should I reapply lube to the stabilizers to "prevent" this? I've read somewhere that you should reapply lube every year or so. But since I'm a pretty active gamer should I do it every month?
@@Male_Parent i don't think know how much it has to do with lubrication, i haven't experimented however i think you can make the most of the keyboard by frequently changing keybinds and honestly if applied correctly lube might even help
I love the keyboards with like neon or leds or whatever they are on them its so cool and when they like wave changing colors is spectacular as yours do. Also I watched this after I woke up and I was like getting asleep again, I LOVED THE ASMR. Mostly on corn theft. I love this new keyboard. Also slay man you're so good!!
Fun fact: his skills didn't came from a new or old keyboard, his skill came from his mind and hands. Any new keyboard or mobile, it will never change but your handskills change.

I have a Huntsman Mini with red linear switches and I can confirm this series of keyboards is GREAT for rhythm games! Especially since it has at least a 1000hz polling rate! (I think the regular huntsman can get up to 8k but 1k is really all you need lol)

I used to have a redragon k552 RED switches, personally thought that they were not very good for jacks and trills, rhythm games in general really. Blue switches, on the other hand, are not only good for fast paced patterns, trills, and jacks, they also were and still are good for Osu, Osu!mania, Quaver etc. I too, like linear keyboards, mainly because of what you think as well. I have a bunch of different keyboards all with different keycaps, switches, and stabilizers and i lean more toward either CherryMX red, or CherryMX Blue. I currently have the HyperX alloy origins core- ten-keyless, i might add. Although the HyperX is more of a clicky keyboard, not linear, i still prefer linear, as it feels the most comfortable and nice when you type or play a game. I recommend getting CherryMX red switches for your keyboard, whether its pre-built or custom (only if you made it for rhythm games, get CherryMX blues if you wanna annoy the hell out of your friends by typing as loud as you can with it). summary: Get either cherryMX red, CherryMX blue, or purple switches for rhythm games.
Not gonna lie, danger has one of the most satisfying charts in my opinion, and combining with your new keyboard, it's just perfect for me Edit: don't judge me cuz it's only my opinion

I actually own the elite version of this keyboard, Razer Huntsman Elite. I can definitely agree with Fangirl here that it is an amazing keyboard. The clicks of the keys, and the quick response time is amazing. Definitely worth the price, especially with the huge range of customizations!

keyboards do matter a bit actually, if you wanna be in the top 10s you need a 100hz keyboard

yeah I have a huntsman mini (60% Optical White) and I kept it’s switches but put foam in it and it quiets it down a bit and gives it a better sound
