Hadassah Acka Thanks for your question. It’s basically a list of all the import elements that make your product what it is as well as factors that make it fit for purpose. So example will be: logo label correctly positioned on the back neck, composition label + size label stitched in side seam, seams tidy on the inside, all seams are straight stitched, all zips open and close smoothly, .....etc It’s a list you’ll give someone to inspect your product and even if they don’t know it they will know what to check for and therefore even if you’re not there you’ll get what you asked for or product will be rejected as it’s not right.
