I think for every brand of cloth diaper its going to be different on how it packs like amber stated bet. The thin & thick diapers. You just have to play around to get it to work. I use thirsties NAIO & their natural pockets. I can fit 3 pockets in the lg pc but it doesn't look nice or evenly packed so I put the 3 of them in the med pc. I can get 2 of their NAIO on top of each other then beside it fold a planet wise dry wet bag & 3 folded cotton doublers on top & it fits beautifully & is even in the bag so it looks a lot better & more put together.
How do you pack the dirty diapers? Do you pack them back in your diaper bag?
Yep! I put them in a wet bag and put them back in the diaper bag, or if I have a stroller with me I hang the wet bag on the stroller. Then whenever I get to my car, I put the wet bag in the car so that it's not taking up space in my bag

How many disposable diapers fit in the clutch with the change pad and wipes? And how many fit in the be quick?
I am not 100% sure, since I rarely pack them both with disposable diapers, but I think I can fit about 4-5 size 3s in the quick with the other stuff you mentioned, and probably a couple more than that in the clutch
