They don’t put the care instructions on the sleeve, on the inside or buttons for the patch inside because it’s not deemed as a jacket just an overshirt. None of the nylon metal overshirts will have either, other than that any other jackets will mate

Yes mate, I'm 5.10 and medium is right for me. Normal build. I would say it will be bang on!
