But the prices re insane! 🤯
In India apartments start from 500 usd- let alone 2000usd!?!? That's a lot
this is why wages dont mean 💩. no matter if have 10x wage when also 10x expense. no richer
Exactly!
Can we please get an apartment tour if u haven’t already pleaseee 🙏🙏I love your videos 💕
I love 3 but the one you have from what I have seen from your videos, it’s such a nice apartment🩷🩷🩵🩵
That’s ridiculous!!!!!!!! Throwing money away!!
3 IS SOOOOO PRETTY ITS GORGEOUS BUT TOO EXPENSIVE
Agent: Yeah i love Taiwan.
Her: I'm actually Chinese...
Agent: oh.... Yeah Taiwan number 1.
To think 1,550 rent for a 2bd & 1bth house was expensive 😨 damn la is expensive
Come to Vancouver and the Surrounding Cities and your looking at $1800-$5000 depending on where you go. i pay that right now for a 1 bedroom. But i am away from the Metro Vancouver Area (Where those rents i mentioned are and more into the Fraser Valley which is cheaper but even then it's Creeping up because everyone is getting pushed out there.
The note saying “you’re not safe”??? Umm yeah I would be sprinting out too
I LUV U SO FREAKING MUCH your so pretty i litterly cant
Wendy I love your videos I'm really hoping that you read this comment ❤💯👏
ONLY fits a king size bed?????🤦♀️
She means the room only has space for the bed nothing else
She meant there wasn’t enough space for nothing else
#3 is so pretty OML but yeah too expensive 😅 you will find one you like and suits you ❤
“Way out of my budget for a high rise”
*meanwhile owns thousands of dollars worth of skincare and makeup, buys her godfather a Rolex, and much more*
Bro my family has like a 4,000 squarefoot house for less than that a month 🤯🤯🤯🤯 Literally insane
The pricing is spot on. Now if you want to buy a house, that needs work, you are going to be paying $1million to start! $1 million in Southern California gets you nothing but a house that is small and needs a ton of renovations to get it to a live-able condition.
Whats the whole thinv w the 2 bedroom tax thing?
Leaving comment here for when someone has the answer to this
Lol, I live somewhere where apartments are WAY to expensive, I kinda get used to it now.😂😊
Beautiful apartment ❤
Where in LA were you looking? They look nice but too industrial to me
Can you do a full face of elf makeup? Idk if you have or not but if you have I haven’t seen it and I didn’t know.
Im in love with the last one! Anyone else?
Comments are freshhhhh!!!✨✨
Anybody moving to LA in this day and age needs their head examined. Ma’am people are leaving for a reason please go to Texas or Florida.
Lmao was the leasing agent older? They're out of pocket sometimes but so funny. Sometimes they'll even try "speaking" the language 😂
How dare someone try to connect with someone by trying to speak their language. Monsters
@@hopeking37 did u get the joke 😂 she's not Taiwanese! And some ppl say mistaken words that arent even their language
Absolutely love information like this we should all protect each other!!!!
Insane privilege manifested in a person
She works for her money, you know? You act like it was all handed to her...
I'd love the second one. A small little apartment for me and my daughter ❤
they all look the same. the apartments, not asians.
North Alabama some apartments are 2000 a month for one room and a bathroom. That’s without pet fees and stuff but per room adds up.
Watching this living in a small two bedroom having to switch constantly in the past because my sister and I couldn’t share the room just shows how much privilege people have to live in such nice apartments
I was born & raised in LA & the only reason why I have my home is because I inherited it from my great grandparents… if you don’t have something like that, you won’t survive here unless you’re ultra rich. Sad to say
These prices are significantly lower than I thought they would be for two bedrooms in LA
I got my house 7 years ago and I still pay 7 years ago prices... Lock that interest rate and pay 900 a month for a 3 bedroom 2009 home
The 2nd apartment gave the 'Rhy's apartment ' vibe from it ends with us
Remember that pricing also counts for location
In the us for 4200sqft we payed 3000 for rent. Ik rhis is in the city but still 2000 is crazy for that.
Is that price for a month or every two weeks😢???? Here in Australia my mum rents a house for $760 every fortnight (2 weeks)
$8000???? You can have 2 houses with that kind of money
Wow and that's just the cost of rent? Not even to own it? Man, why is the US so expensive? And why do people still want to move there? 😭
I honestly don’t understand how apartments are this much in LA, when you walk down the street or ride trams you risk getting robbed, stabbed, or shot. The one time I visited I was terrified. How can people live like that?
the fact that a 2 bed 2 bath apartment is 4k blows my mind
I would love if you could elaborate on why you chose a 2 bedroom for tax purposes 🙏🏽
You can get a mortgage for about $5000 around the LA area, I know that’s still expensive. My parents house is now over 1m and mortgage is $2000.
The 3rd apartment looks like Hj Evelyn's old apartment
OMG THAT HOUSE MUST BE SOOOOOOOOOOO EXPENSIVE! 🤩
Something is fucking broken in LA. I’m looking for a place there too right now and I have a modest budget and can find almost nothing. It’s insane.
who else realized the 3rd apartment was bought by Evelyn ha?
These videos are so helpful!!
You from Taipei, you come here and you already hunting for apartments? Wow, you go girl. You industrious, your taiwanese parents must be proud of you.
