Watching while recovering from a knee injury , which has kept me off Munros for over a year and stopped me watching Hillwalking videos , thanks for doing a video like this :)
The tough part about mountaineering is when you finally get to the top and enjoy those views... and then remember you have another 6 hours of knee-destroying downhill before you get back to your car. 😂 Great list - nice to hear some new names and less talked about scents. Some of the more unique fragrance content on RUclips, as always. 🙌🏻 Edit: Ps - Oud Rain is amazing. That combination of fruit cocktail and Oud is super unique and the drydown is gorgeous. Surprised it isn’t more hyped to be honest.

One of your best videos George. Beautiful scenery, editing and music. You reminded me to re-visit some of the recent Autumn frags I've put away you mentioned on this list. Cheers from Toronto Canada mate !
Oh no! You created a monster. Hey great spot. I’ve always wanted to visit Scotland. Some of my relatives are Scottish. Watching… I like Oud but people in my town just think it smells foreign and I get strange looks. I have a oud for greatness, Oud Noire, Oud Wood, eternal Oud, and a few small bottles of diferent types of pure Arabian Oud. Some smell sweet and mild, some smell like a barnyard animal, some like a sharp, musky woman’s perfume.
Been waiting for this! Woo hoo! What an absolutely LOVELY video....it was indeed relaxing, and I loved the shot of you having a dram of whiskey at the summit. Great new scents for me to check out, and I think your top pick was perfect. Awesome video!
Once again, a brilliant video. Calming, beautiful and interesting. My top 5 everyday Autumn Fragrances right now (of the 46 i own) is: Nr.5: The new "Phantom parfum". I am a Huge fan of the original Phantom (i know I'm one of the few). This new parfum is a lot easier to wear on "everyday ocations", and is more "grown up" friendly Nr.4: "Burberry London". Tobacco, cinnamon, lavender and leather. That sent is deep, and it gets peoples attention . A real crowd pleaser and a fantastic sent. Nr.3: "Carolina Herrera, Bad Boy". You just can't go wrong with a warm, spicy and chocolatey fragrance in autumn. I overall prefer the "Bad Boy Cobalt" (it's in my top 5 of all time), but it's not really an autumn fragrance. Nr.2: Jean Paul, Le Mal Le Parfum. I am a sucker for lavender, vanilla and incents notes. And the triple combo is too good to be less then nr 2 on this list. Every time i spray it on, i think to myself "Man, i forget how fantastic this smells", and fal in love with it all over again. Nr.1: "Yves Saint Laurent, Y parfum". There is nothing better in my opinion to slide out of the warm summer and over to the cooler autumn, then the fresh yet warm and spicy Y parfum. This is a melding of summer and autumn for me, and a brilliant transition, at least for September and October. It works fine for November to (all year round really), but i transition over to more pure winter fragrances for the colder parts of the year ( i live in Norway ). So that's my top 5 of the once i own. Closing up on 50 fragrances now. Got to make nr 50 something spesial. I've been thinking Creed EROLFA. That is a Very spesial fragrance. What's your thoughts on it?
Fantastic video as usual George! In my Earth Science classes I teach my students about Siccar Point, basically where historical geology was born. James Hutton studied the rocks there and determined that geological processes take millions of years. If you filmed a video at Siccar Point, I would show that video to my class! Anyway, gorgeous as usual. You transcend the fragrance community and I love you for it. 🤘
nice job, excellent scenery and mood, vibes,. better shape than me. my hiking is walk to the kitchen to make some coffee and back to the desk or 12 steps out to check the garden and back
Ths uploads you put up on youtube are just so much more than a video. They always capture a story and its one of the few channels i always pay real attention to. Great work
What an absolutely beautiful video. Your homeland is astonishing. I would love to visit Scotland one day. Thank you for sharing this with us. As for some fall fragrances I’m currently wearing: Amouage Boundless Jo Malone Myrrh & Tonka Paco Rabanne 1 Million Prive
George another fantastic cinematic video. You effort and production are top notch. Have watch your videos for years. By the way your videos with Chris (Fragmental) are also Awesome !! Keep Going Strong !
This really steals my heart! I feel honored to have visited Scotland many years ago, especially Glencoe. The scenery is unparalleled as is the history. I wish I had known then that Fort George near Inverness is in the shape of a serpent's head, at the 'mouth' of Loch Ness no less. Makes one wonder how much of the ancient world they knew about. Thank you for this! I'm glad for your accomplishments and happy that you took the fragrances on such a journey. Makes us remember that we need to take these things with us in order to make memories: we leave too much behind these days, even ourselves.
You know George, I really appreciate the beauty of nature you portrayed in the video. Just made my morning better. I got the feeling of the amazing views we have seen in the Hobbit movies and the 2006 movie A Good Year. Makes me feel like when I will have some money in the future I will go to these places during the Autumn, during these times of year. This is the kind of content RUclips should appreciate more. Thank you for including Bvlgari Man In Black. Simply amazing.
This is why I appreciate you more over every other fragrance face on this platform. Your taste, attention to detail and variety always keep me coming back every few months/years just to see what you've uploaded. Might as well subscribe at this point tbh lol Firm handshakes brother
Oud Touch! What a nice surprise! Its one of my favourite fragrances and the only one out of my collection that my father wanted a bottle for himself aswell. Its funky rose oud up close but beautiful jammy caramely rose in the air. Its also one of my most complimented fragrances and for context, where i live these type of scents aren't liked much (most people say they smell like a Priest / give Church vibes). Such a beautiful video George, this is definetly my favourite youtube channel. F..k that countdown man! :P
I always enjoy your videos 💙 Fragrance is so much more than the first sniff out of the bottle and I think these lovely videos reflect this richer experience.
Wow, impressive hike with amazing views! Can I buy the sweater you were wearing somewhere? Great advertisment for outdoor wear (if you only watch the last seconds of the video).
Hey George, Loved the video, it was great to see you out on the hills. Scotland is somewhere I’d like to go! I’ve been struggling with my mental health lately, things have been very tough and I’ve had a couple of scary moments but thankfully I’m over the worst of it now. The funny thing about having such a big MH episode is that it’s like some big waves coming over and crashing. Once the waves have passed it leaves a wake, and the waters are tumultuous and unsettled. Trying to figure out where to go from there has been tough. I needed a datum, a zero point to work from to rebuild. Having a routine and a baseline to work from for the rest of the day. Make the bed, shower, get dressed, fragrance, coffee, go. Since I found you a few years ago I’ve been into fragrance and found that it not only makes you smell good but actually can give you feelings like confidence, POWER 😂, maturity, et al. So I’m a very roundabout way, thank you. For your content, wisdom, humour and everything. You’re helping me in some ways during one of the hardest challenges in my 37 years of being here. Cheers. Also, don’t be a dickhead, Pen Y Fan isn’t the highest mountain in the UK, or Wales for that matter, it’s Ben Nevis for the UK and Snowdon for England and Wales 😂 If you ever fancy doing some stuff in North Wales get in touch, we have busy and packed or wild, rugged (and ankle snapping) solitude in those there mountains.
Thanks! What a great comment to wake up to, I think we've all had our crises and I would highly recommend the book "Letting Go" by Dr. David R. Hawkin which explored a very similar ideal that you are working towards, it helps with not only fear but anger and other negative emotions, please keep going and hope you get better! Also, mate look again, I promise you that I did say that Pen Y Fan was the highest in the SOUTH of the UK, which it is. I would love to do Ben Nevis after i've completed all other 280 Munros!
I’ll definitely check out Letting Go, thanks for the suggestion and for the kind words. I’ll keep an eye on your instagram account for hopefully some more mountain goodness. Have a great Sunday.
I’m flying to Spain tomorrow and I’m taking Oud Rain with me I bought it on your recommendation cheers dude I love it and I can’t wait to wear it in the heat
Oud Touch was one of the first fragrances I bought when I got into the game a couple of years back. It was a blind buy and I wore it once, maybe twice before putting it away because I didn't like it. I'm giving it another chance after seeing it on this list; wearing it right now and it is really lovely!
You are one of only 3 channles for which I have notifications turned on. I've gone back and watched everything you've ever done on RUclips and will watch all of them until you do your last Creed review which I hope never ever happens. I mean this was fantastic. Who else puts so much effort into their videos?
Love your #1, discovered it myself recently. I have the OG extreme as well, but I never felt like wearing it. The parfum added just enough masculinity for me to really love it. Fantastic idea to bring perfumes on a hike to macerate them in higher altitudes. Kind of like «Line Aquavit», an aquavit that has passed the "line" (equator) twice. The movements and temperature changes in the vessel release aromas from both the cask and the additives, giving a more complex and rounded taste experience 😋
Watching while recovering from a knee injury , which has kept me off Munros for over a year and stopped me watching Hillwalking videos , thanks for doing a video like this :)
Bilbo is on an adventure 😀😀
He's going to throw his bottle of Savage into a Volcano 😂
😂😂😂😂
Comrade that is mean!
Fat hobbit
One Fragrance to rule them all.
Appreciate the effort, for the Autumn list and climbing the mountain to give it to us!! 🍂🍁🧡

Great pick of him ❤
Stunning scenery. So glad you took us along for the journey George. 💛💚
George keep scaling mountains, it’s addictive and it injects happiness into life
I love your take on fragrance reviews. You perfectly capture that essence of the emotions that fragrances create in us.
We need more of these, the silver mountain water one was MASTER PEACE,
Could not click this notification fast enough
A damn, I'm too late for my Fragrance Hobbit and Mount Doom jokes. Already done. Fantastic video, George!
Wow you did it again George!!! 🙏 something with ur videos always makes me very sentimental, the music and the feeling, u are a genius!!!
One of your best videos George. Beautiful scenery, editing and music. You reminded me to re-visit some of the recent Autumn frags I've put away you mentioned on this list. Cheers from Toronto Canada mate !
The cinematography is on the same level as the fragrance review - excellent mate.

Unbelievable video. The scene where you revealed Noir extreme on that rock was so sick.
Great video with some great choices in there and I enjoyed it and have a blessed day

Congratunations on such an amazing video. This is by far the best perfume related video I have seen.
Happy Birthday, George. Great video.
Ths uploads you put up on youtube are just so much more than a video. They always capture a story and its one of the few channels i always pay real attention to. Great work
As a mountaineer who enjoys fragrances I thoroughly enjoyed watching this , and thank you so much for this amazing stuff
What an absolutely beautiful video. Your homeland is astonishing. I would love to visit Scotland one day. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Paco Rabanne 1 Million Prive
Great production!
Happy belated birthday, George!
Brilliant! ✌🏻
George another fantastic cinematic video. You effort and production are top notch. Have watch your videos for years. By the way your videos with Chris (Fragmental) are also Awesome !! Keep Going Strong !
Man in Black is very nice, I would wear it more if it lasted longer. Another go-to is Givenchy Gentleman EDP. Respect from a fellow Scot (Bruce Clan).
This really steals my heart! I feel honored to have visited Scotland many years ago, especially Glencoe. The scenery is unparalleled as is the history. Incredible job

Hey George, talking of mountains…have you ever tried Schiehallion craft lager by Harviestoun brewery?
It’s an oldie but a goodie!
Perfect video
Belated happy birthday George! I hope i get a chance to buy Oud Rain. Tropical oud sounds amazing and ive just begun to dive into oud

I knew the Bvlgari Man In Black was going to make the list again 😁🤘
I’m flying to Spain tomorrow and I’m taking Oud Rain with me I bought it on your recommendation cheers dude I love it and I can’t wait to wear it in the heat
Top notch George
I love oud touch . I appreciate it more and more every time I wear it
I do like that but I find myself more often going to Oud Vanille of the two.
@@RichardOliver that one’s good too. I also love their Sun Java intense.
Love these ❤️🔥
Happy birthday 🎉

I had the same experience. I ended up getting rid of the bottle
Interesting- there's a Ben Lomond trail in Queenstown, NZ...

That oud touch is nuclear
Another incredible piece of work George. Might I ask, what piece of music was that at the end? With the piano?
Great video George and happy birthday! Serious question, what do you do for work outside of RUclips? Do you have a day-job? Keep up the great videos!
With that altitude and fragrances you must have felt & smelt like an angel on the way down.
