    Ingredients:
    1 cup millet flour (you can use any type of millet like bajra, jowar, or ragi
    1 green chili, finely chopped(optional)
    A handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
    1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
    Salt to taste
    Curd as needed
    Oil or ghee for cooking
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Batter:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the millet flour .
    Add the chopped bottlrgourd, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
    Mix all the ingredients well.
    Add Water:
    Gradually add to the mixture and stir continuously to avoid lumps. The batter should be of pouring consistency, similar to dosa or pancake batter.
    Heat the Pan:
    Heat a non-stick or cast-iron pan on medium heat. Once hot, drizzle a little oil or ghee.
    Make the Chilla:
    Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the pan. Spread it gently in a circular motion to form a thin chilla.
    Drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges.
    Cook the Chilla:
    Cook on medium heat until the edges start to lift and the underside turns golden brown. Flip the chilla and cook the other side until done.
    Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
    Serve:
    Serve the millet chilla hot with chutney, yogurt, or any side dish of your choice.
