(i'm using same graphics settings in your benchmark) So please, enlighten me.

You will not get less framerate, since gpu is responsible for rendering frames if you don't have cpu bottleneck, to simplify, more ram frequency will help only in cpu bottleneck scenarios, when cpu can't handle it alone. And your cpu is?

Depending on which cpu, in general, 4.0 and 3.0 is not a big difference with 6600

Nope, GPU is fully used all the time, I tested the GPU, so all cases without CPU or RAM bottleneck will result in the same number of rendered frames.
