in theory shooting at pulsed enemies with Heartbreaker we should get bonus armor, but stacks from Bluescreen (pulsed + ...) are not triggering set bonus from Hearthbreaker.

Can't the pulsing from the Bluescreen also proc the Spotter or Perfect Spotter chestpiece talent?
