This is best case scenario for i3 8100, That ram probably cost like the rest of the system :D Good test though all the metrics on the screen. But it would be more realistic with 8gb ram or 16gb slower kit such as 16gb 2400 or 2666mhz or even 2100mhz

It packs quite a punch in triple a titles at 720p or esport titles at 1080p. Other than that, you can find 8 gigs of ram for around $67 at the moment. Coupled with a good cheap case (like the deepcool dukase v2) you can get yourself a solid beginners gaming build that is ready for upgrades in the future. (Such as adding a graphics card and 8 more gigs of ram) All that or you could just wait for Black Friday sales and purchase accordingly.

40's with drops into the 30's and its multiplayer shooter, stable 60fps is absolute minimum, even consoles run at 60, 80-120fps is prefferable
