HEY! I hope you are happy with the result and you are doing well. Do not listen to those who say negative things they are everywhere. All that counts in this is YOU,, best luck to you.
Absolutely love it and this was a personal decision to make. Thank you for sharing your hair transplant journey, I hope it is everything you hoped it would be. Looks very nice!
I've just got back to the UK from a Hair Transplant with Dr T! It was great seeing your video! I'm on day 4 now. Dr T and his team are fantastic!! I highly recommend them. I can't wait to see results.
Best video I’ve seen walking through someone’s process of this. I head to Turkey this month to begin my journey, so thanks for sharing your experience!
I thought you looked sound with a shaved head! I was contemplating this then decided to just shave my head. What a relief and revelation. I wouldn't go back to all that worrying again. But good luck
This video really opened my eyes, thank you for sharing your experience which really matters to people like me who want to get the transplant but don't know where to start.
I'm really glad you did this, your head is shaped like an old raisin, congratulations man, takes courage to do what you want to do, and not what others tell you.
I had a 2000 FUE done 3 years ago in the US and I honestly now regret ever having it done. I wish so much that I would’ve just buzzed down to 0-2 guard and been done with it. The hair transplant is passable, but never looks anywhere near as ‘good’ as natural hair. My hairline feels just a bit too stalky and pluggy and unnatural in its harsh line appearance. Hope things work out well for you. My journey wasn’t very fun. Filled with regret’s, anger, self loathing, depression, nasty hair medication side effects, list of negatives was LONG for me. Best of luck and thank you for taking your time to share your experiences.
Thanks for your comments, they are very interesting. so far i am happy with the results. I am not regretting anything so far. It is interesting to hear others feedback, I might try and clipper my hair down to a grade 1 (eight of an inch)
thanks for posting! Truly appreciated. In just over 2 months I will be flying overseas to Romania for a FUE transplant. I've been deciding for years to follow through and get a trasplant. Yesterday I put down my deposit!! However I am wondering; is it safe post HT surgery to go outdoors and drink a coffee on the patio in europe?
Good work, Are you going to keep updating every month or week. Seems like Turkey and India are good cheap places to get FUE transplant. They charge ridiculous amount in North America and Europe.
I've noticed a lot of these transplants have the hairline so far back, and the sides are still receding a lot. What's the point of having a hair transplant if your hairline is so far back?
Like a lot of other folks mentioned, looks just as good bald. I had a hair transplant years ago (not plugs... follicle by follicle, like yours) and ended up doing laser hair treatment. I went through Bosley and it just looked unnatural when short. Another option may be SMP. Regardless, follow your dreams and looks like the procedure is turning out ok for you.
Great video, thank you for being very detailed and taking us through your journey. Quick Question - How long did it take for all the redness to disappear? I'm concerned about how long I need to be away from work should I go through with FUE. Thanks
Thanks for posting these I’ve appreciated knowing what to expect. I just had a hair transplant in turkey a week ago and hair is growing back in. The hair in the recipient area is kind of stiff though and I’m not sure it’s growing at the same rate as everywhere else - was that your experience?
I stayed for four days but you only need to stay for two days. I’ve booked an extra couple of days. The first day the procedure was done and then the second day you go back and they check and wash your scalp.
Hi just seen you vid well done I go in April to turkey for my transplant ...... really nervous but your vid has give me a bit more confidence how is the hair looking now
I cand share my exp with hair transplant op = my email marcin.rybicki@yahoo.co.uk write me an email what u need to know what u don't know Ill respond You need to try to be more happy cheers Im now and hopefully will be OK I had hair transplant yestarday
Looks good bro. Does the scarring go away if you ever wanted to have a shaved fade style with hair on top? As I know with Fut you can’t have edgy hairstyles ie. Shaving the back and sides as the scar is visible on the back of the head. You have to grow your hair out, I like raw around back and sides
You have alot of heart to post this process, KUDOS for that.. But gotta say, you look fabulous with cropped close shaven hair. Way younger than with hair. I saw all your videos. Keep it short, trendy and youthful.. Best of luck to you. Stay healthy, n do handstands to get that blood flowing to your head...
I agree. I got the same dilemma.. Had my hairtransplant at the age of 20. Now at the age of 25 I can't really rock clean shaved because the scaring is so obvious. It feels like life keeps fking me over again and again. When you started loosing your hair at age 15 you just want to shave it off and just have some mind of peace. A stupid mistake for me to make a hairtransplant.
If you had a transplant at the age of 20 then you can most certainly afford a hair system. Check out HairExperience channel, i think his hairsystem looks dope.
Cool video dude, I thought bald would suit you well, ultimately it's about you, glad you got the transplant and it worked for you! At least I know when my hair goes, there are options out there.
I had mine done in the U.S. with Bosley. More expensive but I figured it'd cost just as much to pay for procedure, round trip air to and from Turkey, hotel stay., cost of passport since I don't have one and then I was worried what would happen if I had a medical emergency while there.
thank you for sharing your experience. Iam hesitant to deal with people around me after transplant as my job demands continuous travel and meeting people. I have to overcome this mental block :) Taking 3-4 weeks of time away from job till hair growth is normalized is a challenge.
What medication are you taking after the proceedure and into the future?. Is there medication you have to take in order to retain the rest of your hair?
I took medication for the first week. You can take medication to stop the hair falling out in future however this shouldn't necessarily happen as the hair is taken from the strong donor area where hair does not usually fall out from
Hi thanks for posting these. I just got mine done day 6. Were you able to get all the lotion provided out each wash? Iam finding its getting stuck in my hair and even with 3-4 times shampooing its doesnt come out. I am still a bit afraid to rub it out
Hi Gus, Thank you so much for posting this, I am considering going to Cosmedica in September with Dr Adcar and as you can imagine I am very nervous but I have to have it done. I have some questions if you don't mind, can you tell me do you feel much during the procedure and are the prep injections really painful in the head. I have selected the two day max treatment of around 5000 grafts and will be staying at the Raddison Blu not far from the airport. When you had the procedure done I noticed you went out and about was you ok or in any pain? Also on the flight home was everything ok? I am also a bit nervous of travelling to Instanbul with the current climate did you feel safe? Finally is there any advice you can offer me and anything you would have done differently? many thanks, Dave
Hi Dave There is only mild discomfort when they inject your head. I didn't find it painful. The donor area after the procedure is slightly raw for a while. I wouldn't say this is painful but I found just slight discomfort when lying on a pillow at night. It is fine walking around the day after the procedure but only a short walk and only if you are used to this. they give you hat to wear outside. The flight home was fine. There were no problems at all. Turkey felt really safe. The people are really nice. It is worth investigating the clinic you go to and how much of the procedure is done by the doctor. Check their success rate and how long they have been practicing for. All the best with your transplant.
If you're planning on spending time wandering around Istanbul, then plan for it before the surgery and find yourself a hotel near Sultanahmet as it makes visiting all the sights far easier! In regards to being safe? I felt every bit as safe as I do living in London! Pain is very minimal - the anaesthesia injections can be a tad sore, especially in the back of your head! Swelling can come up a bit though, but it's not uncomfortable. Just make sure you're careful to keep contact minimal afterwards!
Hi I went to Get Hair www.gethair.co.uk. The Dr's name is Dr Tayfun Oguzoglu. It is a commbined clinic. The procedure was done by Dr Tayfun for the first part, the consultation and putting the channels into my head. The second half taking out the grafts and then putting the graphs , were done by the technicians. It is what you call a combined clinic. Dr Tayfun regularly checked the technicians throughout the procedure. who were highly experienced too.
Hi Angus, thanks for posting this. I'm hoping to get mines done in December. Do you think there are any important questions someone should ask the clinic before having the procedure?
I just got back from Turkey yesterday, and had the procedure with the same Dr Angus used. There’s plenty of guides about what questions to ask, but there’s two things I wish I had brought with me. 1- an outlet power converter. I’m from the US and all of my chargers and electronics wouldn’t plug in the outlets my hotel had. The hotel didn’t have an extra converter. As a work around I was able to use a USB port on the TV to charge but it was very slow. Thank god I brought USB power banks or my phone would have been totally dead. 2. Bring a small cooler with you, the type you’d use to keep a small lunch cold. The spray bottle he uses at the end, it’s recommended to keep refrigerated. They gave me ice packs but I had a 9 hour flight back to NYC, so I had to ask the flight crew to keep it in a fridge for me. If you’re traveling from elsewhere in Europe this likely won’t be a problem
How was condition of your hairs between 18-20 days?. my scabs are still there and if I provoke dry scabs it fall (stick) with hairs, hope it wont effect the roots / grafts and will regrow ? what is your intake please.
Good on you mate thanks for sharing your experience I hope all was worth it in the end and that you got the results you seeked.Takes bottle to do what you did and I will take the leap in getting this job aswell many thanks for your video all the best
Thank you for doing this video. I am considering doing this procedure and have been doing research for several years. I have not found many videos that document so thoroughly the days immediately following the surgery the way you have. Thank you so much for sharing that important part. How long before the redness and swelling went away on the donor area and the transplant area? I only ask to estimate how much time from work I'll need to avoid my nosey co-worker's endless questions and judgment :-)
The swelling only lasted a few days. The redness in the donor area is still there a little, but gets better every day. I took 2 weeks off work, I too was worried about going back to work looking like I have got a head injury! 2 weeks after you are able to lightly massage the transplant area when washing your hair. This is also the final day of using the lotion. This is also a really good day as all the scabs come of at this point. This was an ideal day for going back to work. My work colleagues that I hadn’t told about the procedure just thought I had had a short hair cut. Please check out my day 10 to 14 video as this info is in there. ruclips.net/video/HGwrLFg31YU/видео.html
Great video. I don’t think he was that bald to start with. I am 36 and my baldness is more. I don’t know whether the more body hair you have the more bald you become which seems to be with me.
Good point. The reason I chose FUE is I didn't want the large scar and longer recovery with FUT. I want to keep my hair short on the back too without the large scar.
Thanks again for the reply. I am trying to gather as much first hand info as possible. When i went to see a hair consultant in glasgow he said that after the opp you would have to take a propecia every day for the rest of my life. That kinda put me off. I think after my opp i will just use vitamin supplements for hair (biotin) for a few years to help strengthen the new hair.
Hello. Do you have to take any oral medication when you are in turkey or do you take it when you get home ? Also does it make you feel drousey.? Cheers
Greig King You have to take medication the first week. An antibiotic and an anti swelling drug and a drug for the stomach as the anti swelling drug has side effects that can irritate the stomach. You have to put head lotion on for 2 weeks too.
Greig King You don't feel drowsy from the medication but the operation makes you feel tired. It maybe the local anaesthetic. You have to take it easy for a couple of days. I wanted to sight see in Istanbul but was too tired to walk around. I also wanted to recover and make sure I didn't damage the transplanted area.
I agree, i don't like taking any form of drugs. (apart from alcohol and caffeine) I haven't even taken an aspirin in 8 years. But the medication they gave me was quite safe and 1 week was soon over.
Yeh i dont even touch asprin either. Do you have to take the meds as soon as the opperation is over ? Or when you are back at your hotel. Do they give you valium pre opp ?
Never cut costs when it comes to your body, as you get what you pay for. You could have had an excellent hair transplant in America that would have given you a proper hairline. However, if you're satisfied, then great!
I keep watching these hair transplant videos even though I have a full head of hair
Hahahaha
Hshahaha x 2
Lol same, it’s just fascinating
so you're a bald old dude with perky tits?
That's because you're worried about losing it. And it's inevitable.
HEY!
I hope you are happy with the result and you are doing well. Do not listen to those who say negative things they are everywhere. All that counts in this is YOU,, best luck to you.
Some Comments are very rude .
Why would you judge somebody's effort.
Good luck mate
Absolutely love it and this was a personal decision to make. Thank you for sharing your hair transplant journey, I hope it is everything you hoped it would be. Looks very nice!

Congratulations mate and happy recovery. Please update us on your progress regularly as you've got a new subscriber.
Your narration is legendary. It’s like from Blur Park Life. Dead pan awesome. Could listen to you all day long 👏
Hi Angus. Thank you for sharing your experience. It was very nice to meet you in our clinic :)
I thought you looked sound with a shaved head! I was contemplating this then decided to just shave my head. What a relief and revelation. I wouldn't go back to all that worrying again. But good luck

This video really opened my eyes, thank you for sharing your experience which really matters to people like me who want to get the transplant but don't know where to start.
good work sir please keep your updates on your progress I am going to Istanbul in September for a hair transplant.
You looked very handsome with a shaved head!
Zero worries brother. you look good bald, so if this doesn't pan out there's an excellent plan B ready to go.

hahah good one mate, I never realised! lol
Yooooo 😂
I'm really glad you did this, your head is shaped like an old raisin, congratulations man, takes courage to do what you want to do, and not what others tell you.
I know it's a shame. I really wanted to look like an old sultana.
You look better bald.. but I guess it does'nt depend on people's taste but your own. Can we see the finish product plz? Good luck!

bi0lizard1 what were the side effects of the medication?
Good job, I can feel how satisfied you are and this is the most important of your whole journey
thanks for sharing this personal video of your hair loss, the procedure took and results.
thanks for posting! Truly appreciated. In just over 2 months I will be flying overseas to Romania for a FUE transplant. I've been deciding for years to follow through and get a trasplant. Hi, Yes it is much cheaper in Turkey with good results. I will keep you updated. Please subscribe and i will post more videos.
Yes, got mine done in India last month! Paid about $2500 Canadian Dollars.
I have just had mine done, yours looks good mate good luck buddy

The hair on top took longer to cultivate and grow back. It does take time.
Good on you for taking the trip! May I ask why they didn't bring the hairline forward another inch? Was that their decision or yours? Thanks
Devo that hairline tho ...
Init, I don't see the point of doing a hair transplant, when his forehead is still huge lol
I'm 25 and I lost 70% of my hair on my midscalp. A doctor suggested FUE, but I'm just scared. I think I'd rather just shave my head clean
Im getting mine done at Elit Hair Trans in Florya. Booked for October 2020, Cant wait👍
Great video . May I ask how many days did you stay in Istanbul to get your hair transplant done ?
I stayed for four days but you only need to stay for two days. I’ve booked an extra couple of days. The first day the procedure was done and then the second day you go back and they check and wash your scalp.

CJC Gipson With FUE you can shave your head or have a short haircut without any scaring showing
That area of Turkey looks quite impressive very modern and clean looking .
You have alot of heart to post this process, KUDOS for that.. But gotta say, you look fabulous with cropped close shaven hair. Way younger than with hair. I saw all your videos. Keep it short, trendy and youthful.. Best of luck to you.

Magnusday you can't clean shave your head? Hardly the end of the world.
Magnusday why? Have you lost the new hair? Or has the hair loss just moved to other areas?
damn just like patrick stewart
Cool video dude, I thought bald would suit you well, ultimately it's about you, glad you got the transplant and it worked for you! At least I know when my hair goes, there are options out there.

how it looks like now mate? do you recommend this surgery to others? Shaun from Australia. thanks mate
I had a treatment like this in Turkey; great results; the jabs for anesthesia are quite painful tho
Nice vid Heisenberg
Ivan Raimi haha love this comment as I thought he looked like his double with in the first couple of minutes
Ivan Raimi say my name!
Donnie Brasco hahahahaha brilliant mate
You’re video was very helpful, many thanks for making it!!
..... Gonna turn out great, mine has improved my life so much..... Thank you for sharing.
Is there any way where I can get in touch with you? I am looking for an HairTransplant and your experience might help me get answers to few questions.
damn that receptionist though :P
time frame so I don't have to watch the full vid ;-)
+MGTOW Bombay & Swiss there's no Bob's or vagin don't bother

The most helpful ht video i've seen. Thank you so much !!
What medication are you taking after the proceedure and into the future?. Is there medication you have to take in order to retain the rest of your hair?
I took medication for the first week. You can take medication to stop the hair falling out in future however this shouldn't necessarily happen as the hair is taken from the strong donor area where hair does not usually fall out from
This always weirdly intrigued me in a weird way...best of luck dude
Hi thanks for posting these. I just got mine done day 6. Were you able to get all the lotion provided out each wash? Iam finding its getting stuck in my hair and even with 3-4 times shampooing its doesnt come out. I am still a bit afraid to rub it out
Hi. Yes I think I did. I just dabbed with my finger tips in the shower. All the best with your recovery.
No joke you look like a badass with it shaved
At 5:30 Gross blood staining in the pillow. The hotel should provide special liquid repellent disposable covers. The frontal hairline seems to high.
Interesting video. Will the donor area ever grow back?
It feels and looks like it has grown back. But technically I think there are some follicles missing but you do not notice it.
It amazes me how it’s till so he’s and expensive to get a hair transplant look amazing
Hi, First Thank You For This Video So Much, Plz Do You Recomand This Clinic ? Whats The Name
Hi Gus,
Thank you so much for posting this, I am considering going to Cosmedica in September with Dr Adcar and as you can imagine I am very nervous but I have to have it done.
Finally is there any advice you can offer me and anything you would have done differently?
many thanks,
Dave
Hi Dave
There is only mild discomfort when they inject your head.
Just make sure you're careful to keep contact minimal afterwards!
did you cover your head when travelling from turkey back to your country to prevent attention or you just travelled without wearing any hat at all?
I had to where the really stylish sunhat for 2 weeks. then after 2 weeks you can wear any hat. So I wore a hat in public for the first 4 months.
Thanks for sharing.. can I ask how are now at 1 years from the operation?
I like it, keep the updates going if you can :)
Thanx for sharing this, time to see the results
Hey, great video and a great transplant! Could you please give me the name of the Doctor that you used. Thank you so much
Hi I went to Get Hair www.gethair.co.uk. The Dr's name is Dr Tayfun Oguzoglu. It is a commbined clinic. It looks great thank you for the video really helps in deciding
Hi mate just want to ask u something u know the hair they took off from your donor area is the hair gonna grow back again.
Hi. Yes it has grown back. Check out my other videos for my progress.
Hey!did you use a normal pillow to sleep the first days of operation?
I had to use 2 pillows so the top of my head didn't touch the pillow.
Hi Angus, thanks for posting this. I'm hoping to get mines done in December. Do you think there are any important questions someone should ask the clinic before having the procedure?
Jay Man if you search for Joe Tillman’s RUclips channel he does a very good guide of what you should ask the clinic

How was condition of your hairs between 18-20 days?. my scabs are still there and if I provoke dry scabs it fall (stick) with hairs, hope it wont effect the roots / grafts and will regrow ? what is your intake please.
1:16 i think i just fell in love
St0w1k that dogs taken..
I have the same worry - Glad its not just me.
Great video. I don’t think he was that bald to start with. I am 36 and my baldness is more. I don’t know whether the more body hair you have the more bald you become which seems to be with me.
You didn't need hair transplant, I mean you look great with your head fully shaved, really great.
great video will have a look some more if you have them. that hotel must get through some pillows
Hi! Just wondering, why is it not possible to get donor hair from another part of the body other than the head?
I want to see what the results will look like down the road...
Does the hair on the back and sides grow back in or did you just trade the top baldness to the back? Lol
Nope, it's gone from wherever they pluck it. Think of it like moving a tree by the root ball.
@@superduty4556 you have to be kidding. What is the point of that?
Bullshit. Most of it grows back and if you keep it a little longer it won't even be noticeable
It will grow back because hair on the back aren’t that sensitive or dht sensitive.
u guys are fucking stupid. Obviously the hair grows back from the donor area u stupid inbred fucks
How do you sleep without affecting the transplant for the first couple weeks?
It is quite Tricky, you have to sleep on your back with 2 pillows and avoid the transplant area touching the pillow.
They could have brought the hairline lower down but still decent. I just got one done recently. 6 days in so far.
I did ask for the hair line to be lower but the Dr said they would lose the density on top by doing that. All the best with your recovery.
On a large scale case like this fut might’ve been better but I hope it turns out well for you!
Good point. The reason I chose FUE is I didn't want the large scar and longer recovery with FUT. I want to keep my hair short on the back too without the large scar.
Is this a promo video?
How much graft you implanted and cost???please tell me
well done did you sleep well ?
Looks great baldy
May God Bless you. In my humble opinion you looked better bald. But I wish you all the best.
Hi my friend i have a question plz tell me my hair is so rough if i transplanted i can get a soft hair
Hey I have a question after the first wash how many times do you have to wash is't 12 days ore 12 wash's
Thanks
Thanks again for the reply. I am trying to gather as much first hand info as possible. When i went to see a hair consultant in glasgow he said that after the opp you would have to take a propecia every day for the rest of my life. That kinda put me off. I think after my opp i will just use vitamin supplements for hair (biotin) for a few years to help strengthen the new hair.
Greig King good idea. I just wanted to do this naturally. I am supplementing and eating healthily.
Super! Thank you for the video my frined!)
Cheers mate. I just hate the idea that i have to take oral meds in a foreign country. Gives me the fear a little bit. Thanks
Do they give you valium pre opp ?
do u have to water it like a growing flower? :P
Yup...it's true..saline water spray every half an hour for ist 10 days..I set up an alarm and its so difficult during nights
DUD YOU SHOULD TRY CREMA DE MI PALO, IS THE BEST TO REGROW HAIR
3,800 FUE graft for 3,300 pounds thats an insane deal.
Never cut costs when it comes to your body, as you get what you pay for. You could have had an excellent hair transplant in America that would have given you a proper hairline. However, if you're satisfied, then great!
what did the hotel staff think of your pillow i wonder
Skud They provably were not too happy about it. I didn't get any additional cleaning charges.
Hello! I wonder: how were your first 10-15 days of night sleep? @@AngusHairTransplant
How self absorbed do you have to be to do this?
He just looks peculiar:
Do you think he knows there's a clearly in development massive baldspot forming on the back of his head just underneath the previous crown line?
It's grown back now. I'll upload an 8 month update soon.
How it costed you? Getting it done
