약 50g정도의 달걀을 사용했어요~ 달걀 거품을 내서 반죽하는 케이크 반죽은 달걀 거품 상태에 따라, 섞는 작업에서 반죽의 차이에 따라 구웠을 때 높이 차이가 나는 것 같아요~ 곱고 풍성한 거품을 만들고 다음 작업을 할때 달걀의 기포가 많이 가라앉지 않도록 작업하는게 중요하더라구요~
@@pikapika242 actually i asked my mother and she shared a recipe of almond powder with me. 1)Soak the almonds overnight in water. 2)peel them so that you are left with the white part... 3)Dry them by spreading them on a cloth and leave them for 10 hours. 4)after 10 hours put them in a blender and grind them into fine powder 5)For perfect almond powder sieve that ground powder and now your are left with perfect almond powder😊

2:10 베이킹 알못이라 그런데 작은데다가 덜어서 섞은 다음에 큰데다 합쳐서 다시 섞는 건 왜 그런거에요..? 그냥 애초에 큰데다 부어서 섞으면 안되나여?
한번에 넣으면 잘 안섞일수도 있어서 그래요. 머랭거품 덜 죽으라고 그러기도 합니다.
