I like mine but the flex of the sole is to much. It causes a crease at the toe which causes the leather to wear faster and eventually wear a hole into that pivot point. I’ve experienced the same thing with every pair of Solomons I’ve owned. Great shoe and boot but wish they were more durable
They might be a little warm depending on how much walking you plan on doing and just how late season it is. Generally, yes, I think they would be a good option.
Those are KÜHL KLASH pants. Very water resistant and they have hooks at the ankles that attach to your shoe laces and prevent them from riding up when you step in deep snow. You can see that in action at several points in the video. They are my go-to pants for rain/snow, and skiing (with an underlayer). You can get them here: bit.ly/3HJqhip
I need these desperately but Salomon no longer makes them and they’re impossible to find! Are you aware of anything they do that’s essentially the same or at least similar?
I haven't been keeping up with new Salomon boots, so I'm not sure what would be a good alternative. If you check their website and look into winter boots, I'm sure there are a few options that should be solid choices.
All right guys my fair assessment of this boot goes like this I got these boots because I thought it would be a great idea to spend the extra thing for your buck right but it turned around and bit me in the butt whenever I ended up getting gravel down in the shoe where my red wings were just fine in the same terrain the same environment I ended up switching back into my Red Wing boots the Solomon boots for very disappointing and not only that the tread of the shoe is worn and I only wore them for about a month so I'm super disappointed I live up in lake Tahoe so there's a lot of different terrain and they're not that great I mean my feet got wet and I bought these shoes because they said gortex so it doesn't make any sense to me do not buy these boots
Amazing camera work. Good job! Thank you
Thanks man, I appreciate it! Thanks for the feedback!

@@TheWarriorSolution thank you so much for replying!!!
Are they real sized or smaller than regular?
I found them to be pretty true to size, if anything, maybe slightly larger than my usual 10.5.

They would be good as long as you stayed active I think. Not so sure if you were going to be sitting still for while.

I heard that after wearing Solomans for a few weeks you develop an uncontrollable urge to use punctuation marks.
How did your feet get wet? I’ve stood in water for long periods of time fishing in the regular x ultras
