I'm currently testing this Subdue Target passive and I don't seem like get this passive effect. It doesn't event change the damage. Or am I doing it wrong? I tried using the tactical car without hitting enemies or when it subdue an enemy still the damage is fixed. Any thoughts now regarding it after 2 weeks?

Frenzy is a crit chip, so no, but gives more crit when using tactical so it’s pretty good chip if u know how to use it

@@ActionB321 i dunno, im using sniper too but get killed by others using medic expertise and hes using sniper too. I dunno how good this sniper expertise dmg is. Yea im new and im p2w and almost maxed out my expertise. 🥲 Maybe im the type of bolt action sniper. some of my study about expertise showing other career is op rather than sniper that rely on long range and has a little buff on character.
