Projector: I own both of these projectors. I first owned the Pico and purchased the Bluetooth as an upgrade. If budget is a concern, the Pico gets the job done (just make sure that you're plugging it in correctly!). Otherwise, I recommend the Bluetooth - it has a better/brighter image and connects via Bluetooth.

Thank you. Your work is beautiful. My piping always breaks. I made it thinner but it always breaks. I have learned a lot. I can tell my hand is not as steady because I do landscape drafting by hand and my drawing arent as beautiful as they were. So thank you for some beautiful designs that are easier...like the spatula design.

What type of meringue powder do you prefer to use?
With the ombre vertical lines, could you have used a bit of paper to block the heart and your edible marker to trace (for those without projectors)
Great video thank you! What do you use for bag closures? I can see them occasionally in your video. Sometimes I struggle with arthritis in my thumbs using the bands.

So , you go for a matte finish correct? You never seem to mention drying under a fan or in a dehydrator. Do you ever use a fan to dry your beautiful cookies.

None of these has a nice red color that you would ordinarily associate with Valentine's Day. They're kind of a purplish red and make me think of internal organs.
