@@horsluva0758 Well, we really do not drink wine when having a bath 6:30 ! That sort of thing actually only seems to happen... in American movies 😉! As for having one or a few glasses of wine for lunch or for diner, you are right.
@@huguesdonato1000In America we like our wine during relax time, and yes that means a cup or two during a bath soak.
I look for the spoiler alerts before I watch a movie 😂 I can watch the movie and still get into whatever leads up to the end. It's all the small details, from beginning to end that does it for me. I pay closer attention and analyze the characters and storyline through the whole movie, because the people that already know the ending can't even figure out what quite happened or why lol.

The plot line was not believable. Whose parents would leave their daughter alone and overnight after kicking out this obviously evil predator? There had to be a way to make it more understated that this man was going to do her harm & why would she want to be alone after the clues she found? It could have been written better. I did love the acting. It was worth a watch. 🍿
And no young girl would stay there alone with all the lights off.

NOW she has something to write! I thought it was interesting how at the end of the movie brilliant day-light reigned instead of the darkness that overtook scenes just prior to the movie's concluding.
Does anybody really lie in a bath tub drinking wine with lit candles around? I think I would be thinking of what I had to do forget the wine, get out of the tub and put the candles out!
Thank You for sharing a dramatic thriller movie. The cast of actors and actresses played their roles very well. The storyline was a bit of a slow build up until the end. Thats some spiteful heathen stuff if ive ever seen it
I saw this movie a few years back. It’s a pretty darn good. And It’s nice not to have a lot of cursing in a film for a change.🙄 I recommend it.

I think thats the way paul enjoying romance its more on brutal way extra than usual romance but its so scarry also knowing she was alone and Paul came back ... So she choose to be in safer move
People should learn from the mother not to say sorry too late. It should be her daughter in the net if Emma had not taken a kitchen knife. I thought it was not only the daughter but her whole family. But I like this ending! Thanks for sharing!

well written, great acting! That daughter was the star, and nice to see an aussie in there.
Well she probably had her book finished before no time, with a lot of inspiration and help through others speaking with knowledge along the way. The beach is a perfect place to gaze out into the waters and dream dreams sometime becomes so clear so close it's almost like it becomes a reality.

I've watched this movie 6,758 times and it just gets better. It is the best movie ever made.
How dumb of the parents to even allow a man easy access to their daughter? Not once did they ever hear those two in the room together, drinking, etc.???? The mom only "wised up" because she was jealous that her old fling was trying to move in on her daughter. Before that, she was singing his praises. The dad was weak too for even giving his wife the ok to bring a man into the house.

Great movie. Good story line with interesting characters especially the daughter.
Suspenseful but mostly it made you feel uncomfortable putting the viewer on edge and like the girl you are waiting for something big to happen.
It is not all predictable.
The ending is well done.

I watched this years ago. It's a pretty good movie. It starts a hit slow but picks up once the house guest arrives.
Second time watching this movie, rediscovered ending. Think like I said before that "that thing" out from shore is called a breakwater to reduce size of waves coming to shore. At beaches
people try to swim out to there and get tangled up in the seaweeds. Good Morning. Cautionary Tale.
Always swim with a buddy, there is a legit term for that.
The last quarter of the movie seem interesting, but then it became so dark to figure out what really happened, then it became daytime and the movie ends.. Ting tong 🌠

I only watched this movie because of Willa Fitzgerald ❤ I loved her in scream(The MTV series) She kind of acted the same way..Love her mannerisms..Anyway, The movie doesn’t get the best of ratings & is definitely not for everybody but I like movies like this! Being a mystery that is..Now, I think the whole movie was made for interpretation from the viewer..Unless the writer or Director of this movie comes out and says exactly what happened. I don’t think there’s actually a right or wrong guess.. and I think both of them fueled each other because their minds we’re kind of dark and they both got off on that! There! No spoilers! I give it 3 out of 5 stars..

Very full and bright from where I am ( in North Carolina, just outside of Chapel Hill ). As for movie recommendations, I recently watched *Infini* ( published Apr 7, 2022 by RUclips Movies & Shows channel ). I also found it to be very engaging and outstanding. 👍 It was ok. I found it a little strange. SPOILER ALERT: The daughter was very strange. She kept going to back and forth between being scared of him, then coming on to him, back and forth... Who does that? The whole movie was weird.
Sounds like she was an abused woman going back and forth to her abusive boyfriend or husband. Some woman enjoy being in stormy relationdhips with bad boys. I agree with you about her being strange, but in a dark way. Good movie all around though.

Good movie, I recommend it , from 1 to 10 I would say 7, good actors, the young girl had a very calm personality and the parents were the same what was different for me , I come from a family very wealthy and very loud , most of my family is the same way, we are Italians .

Keeps you guessing ... I didn't guess the ending and I usually can. So pretty good in my opinion.
The movie depicted a typical summer in the Hamptons. Food shopping, swimming, grilling and a lot of wine except for the murder. Fun to watch.
