I'm getting a pug puppy this year and I'm smiling wide watching this. Of course, puppies present challenges that will test me....but man, I'm excited.

@@kathyfann I'm in Sarasota, FL. I'm getting mine from a breeder about 3 hours up state. I just found a breeder with good reviews and certification with the American Kennel Club.
Pugs will ruin other dogs for you. Or at least they did for me. 😂 I love all dogs but ever since my first pug over 30 years ago, it’s been all pugs. I’m currently pugless though...my buddy Dexter left us in July. Miss you big guy.
I really want another pug but I also want it to be a rescue if possible. The problem is finding one. I’m probably going to just adopt a non-pug though. I need a dog ASAP. It’s too quiet around here...and they need a home.

Reminds me of when my Wasabi was at that age. I love them when they are puppies but their energy level is off the charts at that age. Adult pugs are more my speed, a quick burst of energy followed by a nap.
Yes his energy is so high! Lol it makes things entertaining for sure, he hasn’t quite settled down yet but he’ll be one soon 😊 wasabi is such a cute name.

Pugs are so loving dogs/pets. Mine was so clingy and follow me anywhere I go. Am just so sad my little Zoey just passed away 2 days ago after almost 13 yrs with us😭😭😭 All of us really cried and we miss her terribly. Pug dogs are so good and loving ones. Congratulation for having one👍👍👍

He will chew on every cord you have plugged in, and hanging like my little pug has. And if your lucky, he won’t keep ripping up the potty pads and play with them instead, like I went through. Best of luck!

i really wants a 1 week old pug
They are so small and cute! I think in most cases they need to be with mom until 8 weeks but maybe if you had mom pug with you as well? We had a stray we adopted of a different breed have puppies they are so little and cute at 1 week old. There’s some photos of bowser at 1 week old in his 1 day to 1 year old video 😊

How did you get your pup to pee and poo on the dog pad, were getting our pug in 2 weeks. So excited!
If he ever had an accident after cleaning it up I would put some of his pee on his puppy pad from a paper towel so that his scent is there. Hope this helps. 😊 I’m so excited for you guys to get your pug!!

What area do you live in? I’m from Alberta Canada and Bowser was 1000$ which is pretty reasonable for this area.
