Congrats check the grading slope should not be towards your house because water damage is not fun and destroy foundation. And yes lennar builder is not a good builder I hope you guys did third party inspection!

Yeah they did. But they missed somethings, thats where the photos comes in. To show them that I marked tape on the discrepancy they missed.
