Good job. In Nigeria as of 1st of July 2024, the prices are half the quote mentioned here, especially in the SW region. The 12mm for e.g. that you mentioned as GHS 73.6 $4.83 is $3.2 in Nigeria per rod currently and it's the highest grade. And for cement, current price is $5.0 - 5.7 for - Dangote is precisely $5.6 bn the most commonly used.

Your prices are on point....I bought my rods near Pokuase and the prices are the same. Am erecting pillars alongside the block work. Casted concrete on my foundation last month. 😊

I thought because we are in election year things were going to be down but I don't know why..The last time I asked about the iron rod a ton was Gh6800 and I was having the money to buy but still waiting the price would have drop a little bit because I need about 4 to 5 tons not knowing it will go this high..am regreting and even losing hope..And don't even know what is going to happen next..

I bought about 6 tons 3months ago,it was 6,600,I didn’t need it urgently but bought it because it was 7,800 and it reduced to 6,600gh

Mostly in developing areas you will find sellers of boards. If you want to rent scaffolding however, you can find a company not too far away from your site

Thanks for your feedback. You can build a 3 bedroom house with that. The rooms may be relatively small and you can use secret/hidden roof to reduce cost of roofing
