Good evening, I have 2 PR516 and one 516 GL. I just had to do some work on one and it necessited removing the date/day ring which I replaced carefully right after. The small spring has been put in place in the small plate which is then carefully placed securely and touches the chrome plated lever (jumper). I have done this several times on my other watches and it worked fine, making this lever movable while under some small pressure and going back in place as the ring advances by onedate. This does not take place this time. Am I missing a step ?
Also, how do people get to move the ring several notches in a row with the winder in first position for testing ?
I know it is difficult to explain ! Whatever you can suggest will be very much appreciated.
@@rolandthomasset1713 The given trigger lever is positioned correctly (is it the other way around?). This caliber does not have a quick date release.
