This song reminds me of the nights I spent in traffic in Seoul in my twenties and thirties. Seoul nights are special cause of the flashing lights, people, swag places to eat and drink at. Everyone is off to meet whomever and trying to get there on time after work. We all wanted to eat, drink, let go and complain about the poopholes we had to work with and so forth. Or else, you're off to meet your latest potential love interest; your heartbeats excitedly with anticipation. The scene where GuShi is trying to wrap up his night as fast as possible so that he could get back to Mijeong encapsulated that feeling for me. If you haven't seen "My Liberation Notes", it's sublime. The writing is superior and the writer's nuances and perception of the human condition is second to none. This year's best.

Liberation notes is like an open note for myself. Pointers on how to deal with life and my thoughts. The story is slow and calm, but very relatable. Every line and I say, "that's what I've been thinking!". Just sad that it ended. I would've loved to see more of their daily life.
The song played once for gumi couple when they were running n feeling liberated. It played again for the prev of ep 15. I hope, rly hope, the last 2 ep will have a happy ending, where each characters found their liberation. And a happy ending for our Gumi/Worship coupleeee.
