I'll never understand the trope of history where you're in a happy relationship with someone just because the current you isn't attracted to your partner.
I feel this was a mistake on Old Bennet, who didn't think this new future through. He was happy in those photos, he had a family, and the implication that his wife was able to get groceries suggested the future was no longer a dystopia. (Plus, he finally got laid) Him going back to break up him and his future wife seems petty
You should’ve included the ending where the future version of him sees that he prevented the relationship from happening and takes a moment to realize what he lost.

This is so dorky and cute
I appreciate her not taking the lazy route and earning her place
I feel this was a mistake on Old Bennet, who didn't think this new future through.
He was happy in those photos, he had a family, and the implication that his wife was able to get groceries suggested the future was no longer a dystopia. (Plus, he finally got laid)
Him going back to break up him and his future wife seems petty
4:36 The fact that she is taller than him make this even more adorable
4:34 Fuck. Stop!
They are so cute. This is too damn adorable! 😊
This show seems cute. I kinda wanna watch it.
You should’ve included the ending where the future version of him sees that he prevented the relationship from happening and takes a moment to realize what he lost.
I know but for me, it kind of ends on a dour note. Especially considering what happens next...
why does the boy and the old man remind me of Rick and Morty, but if they had glasses🤔
I mean it doesn’t really seem like a horrible alternative from whatever reason he went back in the first place. I never heard of the show so maybe it’s not or something
he looks like puff puff and she looks like Ilyssa (Illymation)
Alright people I just did a Google search by image. The name of the show is...
"Saving Me".
Ain't no way that kid's 11
More like 13
Why?
@@Takejiro24 Considering the 11 year old's these days, he's way more mature than them and the voice doesn't sound like an 11 year old
11, 13, what's the difference, it's still a kid
@@mar420.74 I never said it wasn't
The downsides of having voice actors older than their characters 😩.
0:09 I love those two in the back seeing this getting ready to pop off and immediately choosing to GTFO.
The Owl House also did this trope, and to be honest, It might actually become one that could actually work if done properly
Oh, Owl House did it properly, and it ended with us getting the cutest Disney couple ever
@@thevenomspinofrr
So Jimmy and Cindy basically
Yeah
The MF comes back in time to fix his life and is complaining about having a good marriage ?
There was no screaming or anything the wife sounds like a good person
Idk i wouldnt wanna be stuck with a woman i dont know
That was really good 👌👍 and I remember the parts from the episodes and that's my favorite show 💖.
How come I’ve never heard of this show until now? It looks great!
Ngl the soundtrack preety good
Dude's future self could just say not to have kale smoothies
You know it would be HILARIOUS if his actual self was able to eat that stuff in the timeline because his wife got him a special gift.
A pill or device that would make it taste like ANYTHING he wanted.
Want it to taste like steak, BAM, blueberries, BAM, chocolate, etc.
Same with the smell and texture.
Is NO ONE discussing about the fact that Saving Me looks a lot like Dan Vs.?!
I mean
What wasn’t to understand about that?
She wants a good grade and she doesn’t want him to be late on it
Imagine having your future self try by all means to stop you from getting laid
LONG LIVE ANIMATION/LONG LIVE CARTOONS ! ! !
Im gonna tell my kids this was Rick and Morty
Ok, what is this show because I got to watch it!😂😃💖😁
Litterally in the description
Idk when i saw the trailer for the show i only see it as a mix of gravity falls and rick and morty. Idk why
ain't wo way neighbor, them rickitty and mortymort new voices has done did does difference after the changes
Art style looks like Game Toons' and I can't stop seeing that
BEST CARTOON IN THE UNIVERSE
I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH! PLEASE TELL ME THEY’RE MAKING MORE EPISODES!
Doesn't seem like it for now.
@@hotarushinpei4966 There’s no word on it being cancelled at least. Hopefully this show gets more seasons! I really wanna see more!
Also, bit of a shameful plug but I am working on a review video for this show so if you wanted to maybe see that when it comes out that’d be cool 👉👈
Fun fact: my irl name is Penelope 😨
Oh. Good to know.
You gonna pass us some kale smoothies or something?
I don't get what's to figure out about that first conversation, it's like "do your work and don't be a burden on me" it's pretty simple 🤷♀️
I need finish this show. I like it a lot
Just skimming through this actually seems like a pretty good story. Maybe i’ll check it out
Without Justin Roland, Rick & Morty season 7 is just off.
Antebellum south huh, I was not expecting that joke but it got me good
I never heard of this show before. lol
I never heard of this show nor do I even know what BYUtv is, but I'm surprised I haven't. It doesn't look half bad outside of the older version of the protagonist not wanting a happy future I guess?
Well it has small fanbase and not very promoted
Certified Fresh Vanilla Cakes For Very Very Incredible 🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂
This is so cute help,,,, I should watch saving me for some time :D
Bennett and Penelope = LSD Equivalent of Lumity from "The Owl House".
@@alexandrosmartinez508 More like Dipcifica I think
I then realize... The cartoon "Hailey's on it" follows a similar premise.
Wait, so this guy is projecting his consciousness into his past? But why is he doing this in the first place?
The premise of this show is about the guy's older version of himself to change the past to make his future better by communicating with his younger self to change things for the better, so that's probably why.

I really like this show actually based on this video! I should get into it
Why does this girl sounds like mabel?
because they have the same voice actor
@@prettyoriginalnameprettyor7506 oh sweet
@@prettyoriginalnameprettyor7506 Actually Penelope is voiced by a Canadian actress named Stacey DePass. Mabel was voiced by Kristen Schaal.
I AM NEVER PRESSING THE RUclips VIDEO DISLIKE BUTTON FOREVER
Shat show is this, I've never seen this, and thus clip got me intrigued
I wish this show was on netflix
Blair Treu's "Little Secrets" brought me here.
@@alexandrosmartinez508 What?
@@hotarushinpei4966 My first time coming across BYUtv was that movie.
I see everyone’s just looking past the slave werewolf romance novel set in the antebellum south. Interesting…. 🤨
Well isn't this a brilliant love 💑 0:30
I read and watched a lot of anime and Manga with this trope lol owl house has a good one😅😊also I like this lass older him shouldn't screw it up
I LOVE IT A LOT
I don't know what this is and I don't know what's going on but I was intrigued and I saw the whole video
Hey quick question, I’ve been wanting to watch this show but whenever I try, the episodes don’t appear. Is it because of regional difference or?
most likely
I'm guessing Penelope was voiced by Kristen Schaal (Louise Belcher).
Stacey DePass (Nikki from 6teen)
Love it
Hope they end up together
