a minor mistake to think about is taking plasma shrimp here. you don't do many hits at once so shrimp doesn't scale well with loader. Atg on the other hand scales with the band damage so a single atg proc after band goes crazy.

Couple differences: An item can be op and still be bad on Loader. Artifacts can't be used in Eclipse
