4:26 the equipment seems to be like the Face Flask from Deadcells. It's basically worthless on it's own, like FMP, but is meant to synergize with "on damage" items like razorwire. Kinda' pointless, though, considering Hellfire Tincture does just as well for most self-damage builds. Also, 20% damage is pretty insane for an item designed to trigger other items.

16:26 no thats op you are just bad at reading coprehension that means that when you proc it ALL ON HIT EFFECTS PROC TWICE so instead of one atg its 2 instead of one stack of bleed its 2 its just not as good bc you dont have a fast firerate as bandit but its every on hit so even things you wouldnt think like harvesters scythe is technically an onhit in code just only procing on a crit same with leeching seed or shattering justice or your beloved molten perforator
