A small correction: Just Dance 2023 Edition does NOT have a Sweat Mode. I had this information from a source, but upon playing the game, I can confirm it does not have it. My apologies. There are workout modes though.
The one thing that ruined Yoga Master for me was the 'return to the initial posture' after every single exercise. If you have a routine of 5 different seated exercises, you'll be told to stand up and sit down 4 times in-between exercises. Even when you remember you can stay down for the next one, it just breaks the flow of the whole experience. In the few real life lessons I've had, the instructor always lead one exercise into the next. Your mention of an update got my hopes up, but in August 2023 the game still has this issue.
The update was a while back, so yeah...its still got that issue. The performance in menus is better now, but that means very little from a fitness perspective, as you've noted.

lately I been playing just dance games and fitness boxing to build up stamina for ring fit, now that i wanna lose weight I am now using ring fit adventure and fitness boxing 2 as a nice cool down after ring fit adventure
I'm not sure if I'm too weak, my joy-cons aren't working well, or it's a game. But Fitness Boxing feels very laggy. Ring Fit is my favorite one and it's the toughest one too. I wish, wish, wish that Switch Sports was better! Thank you so much for the list!

@@MasterTrainerPeter I was hoping to get a bundle with the drum and right now I'm only seeing it for far more than $14. I know my wife will want to even use the drum outside of the game as well, so digital only won't cut it in this case for us.
Is Zumba game any different than just watching a zumba video? I kinda feel Just Dance is the same thing so as a game I went with Fitness Boxing 2 and ordered the Ring Fit Adventure recently. Can't wait!
This video is targeted towards a Western audience, and the steps required to get the Fitness Runner demo from the JP eshop are more than I'd expect people to do (despite having done it mysel, video coming soon). Until it gets a confirmed Western release, it won't feature in a video like this

I might have said this already but, I would like Ring Fit Adventure to add a mode in which you can train the exercises and areas used the least without having to read the entire tally list and a random mode so you won't get bored.

There’s a very basic “Jump Rope Challenge” game in the Switch store that’s free. I often use it as a warmup before jumping into Fitness Boxing
